Shocking images have revealed the horrific conditions five children have to live with under with their mother - who is pregnant with her sixth child.
Family members of the children, aged seven, six, four, two and one, claim they rarely get enough food and should be taken away from the mother.
The concerned grandmother and aunt shared images of the squalid property, which 'reeks of urine and faeces'.
Piles of clothes and other debris were piled up in the corner and scattered across the floor
One of the girls has reportedly had seven teeth taken out due to poor dental hygiene.
The relatives said the children are 'good as gold' but the mother 'just does not seem to care' and would rather blame others than take responsibility.
The grandmother told Grimsby Live: 'Something needs to be done to remove my grandchildren from that hellhole that they are living in.'
She added: 'The mouldy food also covers the floor and it worries me that one of these young kids could pick something up and eat it, because that is the sort of thing that young children do.
'There are cupboards and doors hanging off their hinges, or set to one side, and the children have begun using them as climbing frames.
'There is no safety equipment like gates in the house to protect the kids.
Exposed flooring is one show in the bathroom, and the tiles on the side have been ripped off from the bath
Takeaway pizza boxes were scattered on the side and dirty cutlery and utensils were also left on the side
'There is such a mess that the drains have begun overflowing in the back garden, with waste coming up through them. As soon as you walk into the house it reeks of urine and faeces.
'I have spent hours upon hours in that house trying to clean it, but then I will return the next day and it will be like a bomb has gone off.'
Pictures show the house littered with pizza boxes and waste bin overflowing, while the carpets are ingrained with dirt.
Waste also appears to be coming up through blocked drains in the back garden.
She says the children are often left to their own devices and put themselves to bed at night in broken beds.
The worried family members said the situation reached boiling point last week after the daughter allegedly left the house to see her new boyfriend. The children were left in the care of their biological father but did she did not return for more than a day.

The grandmother said she wanted custody of her grandchildren and is willing to move out of her one bedroom flat to do so.
She said: 'If I could, I would take custody of these kids myself, so that we are able to bring them up in a nice and safe place.
'They have told me that they do not like living in that house.
'For years they have asked me if I can teach their mum how to bake and do nice things with them, because we do that at my house, but not hers.
A North East Lincolnshire Council spokesperson said: 'We're looking into this case as a matter of urgency.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
