«Breaking News» Helen Hunt, 55, puts on sunscreen to protect her youthful complexion on day out with daughter Makena

She loves the outdoors, and is often seen surfing, hiking and biking during her spare time.

And Helen Hunt was back at it again, as she enjoyed a fun day out with her daughter Makena Lei Carnahan, 14, at Disney's California Adventure on Friday.

The actress, 55, showcased her youthful complexion during the outing, as she could be seen applying sunscreen on her face to protect herself.

Helen kept things casual as she donned a sleeveless puffy jacket over a long-sleeved top, and wore a hand towel around her neck.

The As Good As It Gets star completed her look by slipping her slender legs into khaki-green trousers and black trainers.

She pulled her blonde locks into a tight bun, while she shielded her eyes from the brilliant sun by wearing a stylish pair of shades.

Helen shares daughter Makena and son Emmett, 21, with Matthew Carnahan, who she split from in August 2017 after 16 years together.

Helen is best known for winning several Emmys and Golden Globe Awards for her long-running series Mad About You and for getting an Oscar for 1998's As Good As It Gets with Jack Nicholson.

She also had several hit movies like 1996's Twister with Bill Paxton and 2000's Cast Away with Tom Hanks.

Her last few films are I Love You, Daddy, Candy Jar and The Miracle Season.

The star is also said to be set to star in a TV movie revival of her show Mad About You.

She and co-star Paul Rieser were said to be in 'informal talks' about the series at the close of 2017, according to the site TVLine.

According to the site, Sony, who produced the original Golden Globe winning show, 'has begun informal talks with leads... about bringing the series back for a limited run.'

An insider told the news site that the story for the new series would be about Paul and Jamie coping with their daughter moving out of home.

Mad About You aired from 1992 to 1999 on NBC and was about New York newlyweds Paul and Jamie Buchman.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
