«Breaking News» Heather Locklear looks in good spirits as she grabs lunch with pal

She landed in the news last year after a series of troubling life events.  

But Heather Locklear was pictured out in Westlake, California on Friday, looking in good spirits.

The actress, 57, was out grabbing lunch with a friend at the community, which is located a little over an hour outside of Los Angeles.

Locklear wore an off-the-shoulder olive green shirt, skinny jeans, and sneakers for the laid-back occasion.

She wore a blue purse slung over her shoulders while carrying a to-go bag of food.

The actress wore her blonde hair down and appeared to be wearing minimal amounts of makeup.

Locklear has been keeping a low-profile as of late, though has still been keeping fans up-to-date on her life via social media.

Last week she posted a powerful prayer of forgiveness onto her Instagram account. 

The outing comes a few weeks after it was reported Heather had reconciled with her on-again fiance, Chris Heisser. 

Locklear has decided to give it another go with her on-again fiancé after a break-up around the holiday season, according to RadarOnline.

The couple reportedly spent Valentine's Day together on a quick weekend getaway.

'They went to a hotel in Marina del Rey near the beach,' a source revealed. 'It was more like a staycation. They are 100 percent together.' 

Apparently, some of Locklear's family are not happy with the reunion.

The high school sweethearts have had a drama-filled history together that included Locklear's arrest for domestic violence and battery against a police officer in February 2018.

Just hours after she was taken into custody, Heisser was arrested on a driving under the influence charge.

Locklear was arrested again in June of 2018, this time for two misdemeanor counts of battery.

Police were called to her home again in November following reports of an argument with Heisser. She eventually was placed on a 5250 psychiatric hold in part due to a mental health breakdown.

She was released from the facility within weeks for Christmas and has been on an out-patient treatment ever since.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
