Cristiano Ronaldo's rape accuser says she can't track down the soccer star to physically serve him with a summons and complaint and is now pleading with the judge for permission to publish the legal papers in international newspapers to get his attention, according to court documents.
DailyMail.com has exclusively obtained the court papers in Kathryn Mayorga's rape lawsuit against Ronaldo in which her lawyers lay out multiple attempts to reach the Juventus forward over the last four months at his Italian home or his soccer club in Italy to no avail.
The Italian process server hired by Mayorga's team to serve the 34-year-old in person claims the community are protecting Ronaldo, saying the Juventus players are treated like 'royalty' there, with property records for the soccer star completely 'blacked out.'
The court documents also reveal Mayorga is seeking a 180-day extension and approval from the judge to publish the summons in Italian and American newspapers as a last-ditch effort to get the soccer star's attention.

Former teacher Kathryn Mayorga claims that Ronaldo raped her at his Las Vegas hotel room in June 2009.
Mayorga is pictured in 2015 when she worked as a Levendi brand ambassador in Las Vegas. She filed a lawsuit last year in Nevada state court seeking to void the agreement she signed with Ronaldo
The father-of-four has emphatically denied all claims.
The latest documents show that none of Ronaldo's lawyers have provided his home address to the process server, despite repeated requests.
According to the documents, in September 2018 a process server hired by Mayorga contacted two of Ronaldo's lawyers in Nevada. Both said they were not authorized to accept services on behalf of the soccer player and that Ronaldo 'expected service to comply with international law.'
'In short, the defendant [Ronaldo] will not voluntarily submit to the jurisdiction of this court,' records show.
In October 2018, Mayorga hired a process server in Italy to locate and confirm Ronaldo's home adders to serve the summons and complaint in person.
From November 14, 2018 to February 1, 2019, the process server attempted to reach Ronaldo at both his home and his soccer club.
Court documents say: 'Records go blank when he searches anything for Ronaldo and when it comes to the community, property records have been blacked out or it is as if they do not exist.'
They were able to track down Ronaldo's private community in Turin, Italy, but not his exact address where he is believed to live with his children and girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez.
When the process server went to the Juventus Soccer Club's offices, they were told to drop off the papers there, but did not do so.
The document says Ronaldo is 'well aware' there is a complaint about him.
The 18-page document asks the judge for a 180-day extension and pleads for permission to serve Ronaldo at one of his business addresses or by publication since they can't physically serve him in person as of yet.
Mayorga is seeking permission to publish the complaint and summons in newspapers in Las Vegas an Turin, Italy, to get Ronaldo's attention.
'The publication of the summons in Turin, Italy will come to the attention of the defendant where he reportedly lives and plays soccer with the Juventus Soccer club,' court documents show .
The documents claim her lawyers have tried multiple times via a process lawyer to reach Ronaldo at his personal residence in Italy and Juventus Soccer Club. Her hired process server claims Ronaldo is protected by the Italian community who idolize Juventus players as 'royalty'
US authorities said in January an official request had been submitted to Italian authorities for a DNA sample from the footballer, whose girlfriend and mother of his children is backing him.
Mayorga's lawyers have vowed to take the case to America's Supreme Court if needed.
Ronaldo has continuously refuted the rape allegations. Last October he said: 'I firmly deny the accusations being issued against me. Rape is an abominable crime that goes against everything I am and believe in.'
At the beginning of October, it had been reported that Mayorga had left the US and wanted to avoid the cameras due to her emotional state.
In an October 3 press conference, her lawyer said Mayorga had experienced a lot of problems following the alleged rape.
'This is an individual who suffers from major depression and post-traumatic stress disorder.
'She has a lot of problems attributable to the 2009 sexual assault and it's been very difficult for her over the last eight or nine years.
'In dealing with Ms Mayorga and her family we have been particularly careful and mindful of her emotional state.'
Ronaldo and girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez arrived at the Audiencia Provincial on January 22, 2019 in Madrid where he was called to declare for tax fraud
The process server says they know the community where Ronaldo lives with his four children and girlfriend, but not the exact address

Mayorga alleges she reached a $375,000 'hush money' settlement with Ronaldo in 2010, before the original police investigation was dropped.
Mayorga's attorneys say she underwent a medical exam to collect DNA evidence soon after the alleged attack in June 2009.
But the investigation was ended because Las Vegas police said she only identified her attacker as a European soccer player - not by name - and did not say where the incident took place.
The case was reopened last year at Mayorga's request.
Her lawyers say she provided Ronaldo's name to detectives who interviewed her in 2009 and identified the location as the Palms Hotel and Casino
It was also reported that she had only signed the original 'hush contract', as she was scared of the repercussions of defying a celebrity such as Ronaldo.
Court documents say: 'Records go blank when he searches anything for Ronaldo' and 'Property records have been blacked out or it is as if they do not exist'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
