«Breaking News» 'The Body Coach' Joe Wicks discusses fatherhood, his career and engagement to Rosie Jones

He is one of the UK's most successful fitness gurus, earning his popularity by his tag line 'Lean in 15' on Instagram.

And as well as his triumphant career, Joe Wicks' personal life has seen the birth of his daughter Indie, now eight-months old, who he welcomed with fiancée Rosie Jones - which has now led to a refreshingly honest interview with Happiful Magazine. 

The exercise enthusiast, known as The Body Coach, has detailed his newfound role as a family man trying to juggle work commitments before revealing his thoughts on his impending marriage.

After being inspired by the birth of his daughter Indie, Joe confirmed his plans to write a babies recipe book in January. 

It is clear Joe has no plans of slowing down on the career front now that he has a small child, however did confess in the April edition of the mental health magazine that he does, in fact, suffer with guilt. 

'I feel bad because Indie will be downstairs, and I think "I should be with Indie right now". 

'I’m getting to where I want to balance that, so now I’ll dedicate two hours to work, then I’ll have an hour with Indie and give her a bath,' he spoke of his progress. 

As well as his triumphant career, Joe's personal life has seen the birth of his daughter Indie, now eight-months old, who he welcomed with fiancée Rosie Jones 

He also spoke of his plans to distance himself from his phone, explaining: 'You want to capture every moment and then you want to share every moment.'

After welcoming their daughter Indie in July of last year, Joe announced his engagement to Rosie two months later.

Coming from a dysfunctional upbringing, Joe has previously been candid about his fear of marriage and detailed his alarm further for Happiful: 'I didn’t used to believe in marriage, I didn't used to think I’d ask anyone to marry me.'

However, with his fears firmly behind him, and his career soaring, Joe has admitted: 'I’m optimistic about the future. I’m the happiest and most content I’ve ever been.'

 

Joe's latest venture is his new books for babies and toddlers called 'Wean In 15.'

He explained it would the title for his next recipe book, which would be published in 2020.

He said: 'So for those of you asking, my brother Nicky said Joe you’ve got to do a baby book with healthy recipes for kids called Wean in 15.

'I’ve got a new book deal in comes out in 2020, with recipes for babies and for toddlers.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
