«Breaking News» Vicky Pattison 'to face court battle with ex John Noble' over mortgage

Vicky Pattison is reportedly set to face a court battle with her love rat ex, John Noble.

The Sun claims her former fiancé, 31, is demanding a cash sum after moving out of the house they bought together as he wants his share of the money he invested.

However, John is said to have stopped paying his half of the mortgage after he moved out of the property, which Vicky, also 31, now lives in on her own.

A source said: 'Vicky and John bought the house together a year ago, and both paid into the mortgage and to decorate it' (pictured in January 2018)

A source told the site: 'Vicky and John bought the house together a year ago, and both paid into the mortgage and to decorate it.

'But when he packed up and moved out after the split, he stopped the payments. Now, he’s demanding way more money than he ever paid into the house from Vicky, saying it’s what he’s owed. 

'She’s desperate to cut all ties with him and wants to keep the house, so has made him a very generous offer. But he’s rejected it and asked for a huge amount of money.'  

A source said: 'When he moved out after the split, he stopped the payments. Now, he’s demanding more money than he ever paid into the house, saying it’s what he’s owed'

The Sun also reported that John, who works in the amusement park industry, has reportedly said he will take Vicky to court to get the money.  

A source also told MailOnline: 'Vicky wants this all over with and just feels that John is being entirely unreasonable with his requests. She feels she’s been very fair with all things considered.'  

A family law expert told MailOnline: 'Mr Noble should have continued to pay half of the mortgage. The starting point of division is 50:50 of everything but that can be different if there are children or income disparities.

'In the absence of a co-habitation agreement, they will split joint assets, ie houses which they jointly own, without being married, he has no right to her income. He is very unlikely to get more than 50%.'  

MailOnline has contacted a spokesperson for Vicky Pattison for comment. 

Vicky documented her split from John on reality show, Vicky Pattison: The Break-Up, after he was pictured getting cosy with other women in Dubai in November. 

She's now in the early stages of dating former TOWIE star Ercan Ramadan and is trying her best to move on from John.  

Speaking to MailOnline previously, she said: 'I don't think about him anymore. I don't know that man. He's rang me a couple of times since. Unfortunately we own a house together...

'He's very keen to get the money out of this house and have his ring back and just wanting to move on with his life. I think the ring is cursed, mate...

'I haven't wanted to see him, it's still very raw and very sore and the thought of sitting down with him to discuss our financials is making me very anxious and very stressed. I don't think I'm ready for that.'

When asked about her wedding plans and if she had put any deposits down, Vicky pushed: 'Luckily for us we were at the cusp of doing things, we had a lucky escape...

'We owned the house in Newcastle for a year together. It's my house now and I kicked him out the day I found out.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
