A father in Arizona repeatedly had sex with the 15-year-old babysitter that he hired to watch his 10-year-old daughter, police said.
Joseph Peter Sisemore, 41, was arrested on Monday for having sexual relations with the teen approximately 25 times at his Chandler home since November.
He was detained on the 100 block of North Dodson.
It is believed that the supposed sovereign citizen performed oral sex on the babysitter and had sex with her on numerous occasions.
He is also said to have digitally penetrated the girl and had her to perform oral sex on him, Chandler Police Det. Seth Tyler explained to the New York Post.
The encounters are said to have all occurred in Sisemore's apartment, taking place two years after the babysitter was hired.
'There was probably some grooming going on,' Tyler added. 'As parents, it's so important to keep track of what our kids are doing. It's so important that we make sure we know who is at the house or what type of things are being said to them.'

The teen's parents contacted police, who arrested the man as he left a drug store after buying the morning-after pill for the girl, an arrest affidavit states.
Sisemore is also said to have told the girl to 'wear some of his clothes as pajamas' so he could smell her on his clothing later.
He was identified as potentially being a sovereign citizen, meaning he is an anti-government extremist who feels that laws of the government don't apply to him.
The FBI says that 'Sovereign citizens are anti-government extremists who believe that even though they physically reside in this country, they are separate or “sovereign” from the United States. As a result, they believe they don’t have to answer to any government authority, including courts, taxing entities, motor vehicle departments, or law enforcement.'
The man admitted to having sex with the teenage babysitter on three different phone calls that were recorded, earlier this week. According to the affidavit, he is sai to have said that he could get 'into a lot of trouble' if the encounters were discovered.
Sisemore was taken to the Maricopa County Jails and charged with 11 counts of sexual conduct with a minor.
It is currently unknown if he has a lawyer.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
