The soap star laid bare the terrifying details of being unable to breathe in a recent interview with The Mirror.
The actress credited her husband Sylvain for his hands-on support and calm nature during her long battle with anxiety.
As well as knowing what to do when she is suffering from a panic attack, Sylvain thoughtfully gifted her the book How to Stop Worrying and Start Living.
Feeling good: She continued: 'I find that it helps calm my thoughts, gain perspective and appreciate the 'now' instead of worrying about the future'

She further divulged: 'Sylvain is also brilliant at knowing what to do to help. If I am having a panic attack he will hold me really tight and reassure me in a calm voice that everything is going to be OK.'
Last year, Samia opened up about her anxiety in a candid post, which she shared During Mental Health Awareness Week.
Alongside an image which read: 'Anxiety isn't something that goes away; it's something you learn to control,' the actress discussed her relationship with her own mental health battle.

The mother-of-two wrote: 'As it's #mentalhealthawarenessweek I thought I'd post this. I've suffered with anxiety since I was 11 (and possibly before that, but that was the first time I saw my doctor about my inability to 'get a deep breath').
'It is something that comes and goes with me, but when it's there it's awful and all consuming.
'I love that the stigma of mental health is finally being broken and people are opening up, talking and realising that you're not alone.
'In fact it is pretty common. I'm not gonna patronise but just wanted to send love out to all people having a daily struggle... #thistooshallpass #gethelp #talk#breathe.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
