Meghan and Kate dazzled with two very different make up styles for their evening engagements this week.
The radiant Duchess of Sussex, 37, chose a glowy 'of the moment' look when she attended the Natural History Museum on Tuesday night, while Kate, 37, enhanced her classic English rose complexion when she stepped out at a glittering gala dinner yesterday.
And according to international make up artist Karin Darnell, the secret to the Duchesses' distinct looks is their different palette of colours.
Karin explained: 'Kate is a classic beauty and needs barely any make up to enhance her already stunning features. A slightly peachy/pink shadow has been used on her lids and makes her eyes really stand out and sparkle.'
She continued: 'Meghan looks elegant and her make up is what I like to call my "Symphony of Beige" technique - an expensive look, supremely contoured and beautifully highlighted with yellow, bronze and beiges.'

Kate's classic and timeless look is alternatively achieved using peachy colours. 'A slightly peachy/pink shadow has been used on her lids and makes her eyes really stand out and sparkle,' Karin said
Meghan, 37, was the picture of elegance as she joined Prince Harry at the Natural History Museum on Tuesday night.
And it wasn't only her Amanda Wakeley coat and Calvin Klein dress that the Duchess of Sussex which showed off her favourite palette of neutral tones - it was her make up, too.
Karin believes her choice of make up keeps her looking both sprightly and elegant, even as she nears her due date.
'She has full lashes and a lovely open eye, which makes her look bright eyed, bushy tailed, glossy cheeks,' explained Karin. 'A slick of highlighter on the apples of her cheeks adds a hint of glam.'

The Duchess of Cambridge wore a delicate pink Gucci gown as she left the 100 Women in Finance event at the Victoria & Albert Museum yesterday evening. Her softened make up complimented her dress 'beautifully'
Meanwhile, Kate opted for a timeless look when she arrived for a glittering gala dinner at the Victoria & Albert Museum in London on Wednesday night.
And Karin believes the pink colour palette was a deliberate choice to compliment her floor-length Gucci down, which featured a layer of pleated tulle in a soft array of pinks.
It was a busy day of royal engagements for the mother-of-three who had also attended The Royal Foundation's 'Mental Health in Education' conference earlier - yet her skin remained radiant.

Rose-cheeked Kate flashed a smile as she shook hands with Dr Hunt before she made her way inside for the gala dinner yesterday evening
'Kate’s look is very radiant and her skin is youthful and looks incredibly healthy and dewy,' Karin said.
'A cream blusher may have been used as it creates a softer, dewy look and gives more of a radiant finish to powder blushers.'
She added: 'I would have opted for a slightly softer and glossy diffused lip to really finish this look off to compliment her English rose complexion.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
