Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez have purchased Jeremy Piven’s sprawling Malibu beach house for $6.6million, two years after the property went on the market.
Entourage star Piven, 53, had initially listed the 4,404 square foot, four-bedroom home for a hefty $10.495million in June 2017 before lowering the price multiple times during protracted attempts to make a sale.
It’s understood that Lopez, 49, has now added to her property portfolio by snapping up the house, which sits in a prime location on Old Malibu Road Beach with former baseball player Rodriguez, 43.

The Latina star already owns a multimillion dollar New York penthouse, a mansion in California’s Hidden Hills and a 13,932 square-foot estate in exclusive Los Angeles suburb Bel Air, purchased for a reported $40million in 2017.
The new acquisition gives Lopez and Rodriquez uninterrupted views of the Pacific Ocean and the opportunity for plenty of romantic coastal walks.
Situated close to the heart of the area's retail centre, the sweeping stretch of sand upon which it sits is commonly referred to as Jane Seymour Beach due to the former Bond girl owning a property nearby.
Troubled listing: Entourage star Piven, 53, had initially listed the 4,404 square foot home for a hefty $10.495million in June 2017 before lowering the price multiple times during protracted attempts to make a sale
Prime spot: The home sits on Old Malibu Road Beach, close to the suburb's array of shops and cafes
Green with envy: A backdoor area is filled with shrubbery, tasteful patio tiles and wicker chairs
Piven accepted $1.15 million less than his previous asking price of $7.75 million from October of last year.
At the time, he had already cut the price by $1.245, on top of a previous reduction of $500,000 three months earlier.
The Mr. Selfridge star originally purchased the property for $3.5 million in 2004, but it has had a troubled listing history. After first putting it on the market for an inflated $10.495 in 2017, the star removed it from the market.
The beachfront home went back on the market in June 2018 at a reduced asking price of $8.995 million, but even at the much lower final sale price he'll still make a sizable profit.
Not bad: The new acquisition gives Lopez and Rodriquez uninterrupted views of the Pacific Ocean and the opportunity for plenty of romantic coastal walks

Built in 1949, the property sits on its own 7,990-square-foot lot with unique access to a stunning, 50-foot stretch of Malibu Beach.
It has been available several times since 2014 as a luxury lease with asking prices between $35,000 and $50,000 per month.
It features an oceanfront deck with sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean, home theater and a mirrored yoga studio that also doubles as a fitness studio.
The home’s open-plan second floor has a living room that segues into a tasteful dining area and a polished, state of the art kitchen.
Elsewhere the master bedroom includes a walk-in closet and balcony overlooking the ocean, while the main bathroom's focal point is a wall made entirely of rocks, a feature that is also evident on the shower floor.
Very nice: A small breakfast nook also provides stunning views of the Pacific Ocean through a set of large sliding doors
Keeping it simple: The small living space is a minimalist dream, with limited furnishings, polished flooring and neutral decor
Not bad: The property, purchased by Piven in 2004, also includes an open kitchen (and enormous built-in fridge freezer) next to a tasteful cream sofa and coffee table

There’s also a fitted bath, while other features throughout the property include a games room, a whirlpool spa and a sauna.
Piven reportedly spent $1.5 million on renovations after purchasing the open-concept home, according to Realtor.com.
The actor, who was recently accused of sexual misconduct by several women, purchased the property from retired NHL star Chris Chelios for $3.5 million.
Cosy: More sofas and chairs sit adjacent to the open-plan kitchen in a small, comfortable nook
Room with a view: Like many of the home's seating areas, the dining room offers unique views of the Californian coastline
Low key: Limited furnishings and an ethnic rug fill another clinically decorated room in the lavish home
On song: The sweeping Pacific coastline will no double serve as a source of inspiration should Lopez decide to write new music from home
Rest up: A casual seating area features tasteful white furnishings and a stunning glass coffee table
All mod cons: Mr. Selfridge star Piven reportedly spent $1.5million on renovations after purchasing the open-concept home, according to Realtor.com
After listing the home last year, the Entourage star, whose CBS show Wisdom of the Crowd was cancelled amid sexual misconduct allegations, bought a Hollywood Hills bachelor pad for $6.8 million.
Since 2017, at least eight women have accused Piven of making unwanted sexual advances toward them. The New York-born, Illinois-raised actor has denied the accusations.
After the allegations became widely known, CBS canceled his show after just 13 episodes.
Piven's lawyers said in January that the accusations are 'conjured up in an opportunistic effort to capitalize on the current media storm in order to obtain attention and/or money.'
Has anyone seen Maid In Manhattan? The property also includes it's very own home cinema
Settle down: The master bedroom includes a walk-in closet and balcony overlooking the ocean

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
