James Argent revealed he's celebrating six months of sobriety following a turbulent time in his life, telling the Loose Women on Friday he's feeling happier than ever.
The TOWIE star, 31, who is in a relationship with Gemma Collins, 37, told the panel: 'I'm around six months sober at the moment, I'd still like to get a bit of weight off.'
Panellist Nadia Sawalha, 54, addressed the topic of weight, acknowledging Gemma's recent 2st loss as she competes on the show.

Arg took the comment in his stride and said: 'I hold my hands up I can't deny it. I won't lie to you.'
But addressing the fact that he's successfully got sober, he said: 'One thing at a time.'

Arg also spoke proudly about Gemma's Dancing On Ice experience so far, saying he's done really well and denied that her recent fall was a publicity stunt.
He said: 'Gemma, as much as I love her, I don't want to gas her up too much. But she's probably one of the most talked about women in the country.
'She's not going to risk a serious... potentially smashing her face to pieces for a bit of publicity, she could do with a bit less if anything.'

Arg said Gemma was very upset after her fall, even if she didn't show her real emotions on camera.
He said: 'I know Gemma better. She got up and put on a smiling face but she went backstage and the runner from DOI had to come and get me.
'She's crying her eyes out - she's so embarrassed. She two big ice packs and I said, "look Gemma get yourself together", you've worked so hard everyone can see that in your routine, the reason you fell is because you were 100% into it.

'Her knees were red raw, there was terrible bruising. She thought she would be in the skate-off but the public love her. They've got GC fever.'
He continued: 'I made sure her legs were elevated I was told she needs to go hot and cold. So one minute she needed the ice pack, the next minute she needed to get into a hot bath, I borrowed her mother's wheelchair'
'She went in the next day and I was thinking, "Oh no, is she going to be able to go back into rehearsals?"

James has been taking a break from TOWIE but said he might go back sometime soon, saying: 'The door has been left open for me.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
