Never off-duty, Irina modelled the classic Tod's loafers, needing no additional heel height to make a graceful entrance.
She also carried the brand's 'bag of the season' - the D Styling handbag - which was the perfect accompaniment to her top-to-toe Tod's ensemble.
The catwalk star paired the flat shoes with flared black trousers and a black shirt worn underneath her jacket.
She even tipped a pair of tinted shades on her nose while she posed in front of the cameras outside the Galleria d'Arte Moderna in Milan.

Her slender curves were on display in a casino-inspired maxi dress which was adorned with a colourful slot machine print.

Talking to Glamour UK, the model explained: 'I have a lot of friends who share a lot of their personal life on Instagram or social media, very publicly.
'I admire it and I think it's great -- but I think it's all about personal choice because my work requires me to be out there, I just decided my personal life will be quiet.
'That's why it's called personal, because it's something for you and your family, and I feel happy with it.'
Catwalk queens: The brown leather trench was a big feature of the catwalk show
Colour pop: One look was top to toe red, from handbag to winter boots
On the front row: The show took place at Galleria d'Arte Moderna in Milan

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
