Peter Andre and wife Emily appeared on Lorraine on Friday, where they discussed their extended family.
Their interview comes after his ex wife, Katie Price, 40, admitted that the couple had taken their children, Junior, 13 and Princess, 11 in, while she was 'self-medicating' during a series of personal woes.
And Emily, 29, said she feels like she has 'settled into a routine' with the children, looking after them at the same time as her children Amelia, five, and Theo, two.

She said: 'It's a difficult one. I think I've got more of a big sister role. Obviously it's about keeping things fair with the young two as well.
'But I think we've cracked it, we've settled into routine.'
Katie recently spoke candidly about her past year, in which she was arrested for drink-driving, entered rehab, was caught on camera talking about taking cocaine and going bankrupt.

Speaking about her drug use, she recently said: 'My family and friends were hurt, they didn't know what to do. All these years in the industry I never have [done drugs] but I purely did it to self-medicate, I went to the doctors and told them the truth...
'Self-medicating on drugs really, it was disgusting, but it was my way of dealing with it. At least I can hold my hands up, if I didn't speak out now, I would still be in a rut'.
During her dramas, Peter, 45, took their children - Junior, 13, and Princess, 11 - and she now agrees this was the right choice.

She said: 'I get so angry, I put my side of the story online, the kids are back to normal. I don’t blame Pete doing what he did at the beginning, my ex Kieran told him I was self-medicating, there's more drama behind that, but everything is back to normal now.'
Peter and Emily, who is a doctor were on the show to discuss a campaign which aims to get children to consume less sugar.
And Emily revealed Peter is always cooking for her when she is at work, so she always comes home to a nice meal.

She said: 'He always does it for me when I come home from work.'
Peter said: 'We're both busy. Some months are full on for me and then you have to hold the fort for a whole month or two which is a whole lot.'
Emily added: ' I don't mind, it's balance out because when I'm at work he always cooks and looks after me.'
She said she hasn't seen Peter perform in concert since her children were born and Peter said: 'We do have a great balance at home.
'We're kind of reliving our childhood through them now, they're a lot smarter than I was, even Millie the other day was saying some stuff and I said how does she know how to say that.'
And talking about healthy eating, Peter said: 'We're parents and I love children, and it's difficult they see things and the packaging is really good and they want it.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
