Donald Trump Jr and wife Vanessa Haydon have halted their divorce proceedings.
Court records obtained by DailyMail.com reveal that Don Jr and his estranged wife both signed a stipulation of discontinuance, and that the case has now been disposed.
The couple was set to finalize their split in court on February 28, 14 years after they said 'I do' in front of family and friends at the Trump family's Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach.
Don Jr and Vanessa currently share custody of their five children - Kai, Donald III, Tristan, Spencer and Chloe.
The couple was believed to have ironed out all financial and custody arrangements back in November, so it is unclear why they have decided to withdraw the case.
Records also show that the couple had filed a Note of Issue on January 4, meaning that they were still on track to legally separate just five weeks ago.
'We finalized our agreement at the end of last year. We are incredibly lucky to have five amazing children and are committed to raising them together,' Don Jr said in a statement to DailyMail.com.
'Our kids and their happiness will always be our first priority.'

Halt: The couple signed a stipulation of discontinuance that will now be signed off on by Judge Michael Katz on February 28 (couple with Donald and Melania in 2011)
The couple first appeared in court back in May, spending just a few minutes before Justice Michael Katz in New York Supreme Court.
At that time, Justice Katz commended both parties on resolving their issues to ‘prioritize their children and shield them from what could have been an invasive litigation process.'
They will now make one more appearance in court next week, where the judge will sign off on the stipulation of discontinuance.
Don Jr. is represented Blank Rome, while Vanessa is with Hennessey & Bienstock, whose past clients include the Robert F. Kennedy Jr's late ex-wife Mary Richardson.
The New York Post reported in early May that Vanessa chose to file last March following a windfall of cash that had come her mother's way thanks to an investment her late stepfather made in Rao’s Specialty Foods.
Charles Haydon, a celebrity attorney who worked with stars including Marilyn Monroe, had a 30 percent stake in the company which sold products produced by the famed Harlem Italian restaurant.
That stake translated into big bucks in 2017, when the company sold for a reported $145 million.
Vanessa got new legal representation just a few weeks after that news broke.
It was also revealed at the time that her mother Bonnie Haydon had paid $6.4 million in cash to buy the Fifth Avenue apartment of Roger Ailes' widow Elizabeth.
Then and now: Don Jr (left at a July divorce hearing with Vanessa) is now dating Kimberly Guilfoyle (right), and despite his decision to withdraw the filing there is no suggestion that the two have split
In addition to Richardson, Hennessey & Bienstock has also represented MTV founder Tom Freston and Fox Sports executives Cliff Pozner in their divorces.
Don Jr's firm, Blank Rome, works with a number of high-profile financial institutions and has been representing Frank Darbont in his ongoing battle with AMC over The Walking Dead.
Don Jr and Vanessa have been estranged for close to a year now, but the split has been an amiable one by all accounts.
The two have been seen together multiple times on holidays and out with their children.
Vanessa, who has long been the more private of the two, has managed to almost completely avoid the spotlight over the past year, while Don Jr has gone on to have a very public relationship with Kimberly Guilfoyle.
That couple even has the blessing of Vanessa, who came to the defense of Don Jr's new girlfriend when members of the public demanded Fox News terminate Guilfoyle over her relationship with the president's son.
'The lengths people will go to attack a woman simply because she’s dating Don. We’ve been separated for over 9 months and respect each other’s decisions & privacy,' wrote Vanessa.
'We’ll focus on raising our great kids. Would be nice if the press did the same rather than obsess over our pvt lives!'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
