«Breaking News» Mariah Carey's former assistant files lawsuit... as she says singer's team member 'was abusive'

Just hours after Mariah Carey filed a lawsuit against her former personal assistant, for secretly recording her, Lianna Azarian is firing back with a lawsuit of her own.

Azarian has filed a lawsuit that alleges Carey's former manager, Stella Bulochnikov, was abusive and used racist language towards her, according to TMZ.

The former assistant claims that Bulochnikov's abusive behavior and language happened in front of Carey, and the singer did nothing to stop it.

Azarian's lawsuit alleges that Bulochnikov committed a number of acts of abuse including slapping her butt and breasts, while also urinating on her.

Bulochnikov would also allegedly tackle her to the ground and sit on her, while also calling her the n-word and also a, 'f***ing Armenian wh**e.'

Bulochnikov would also allegedly ridicule her breasts, 'including placing objects under her breasts such as iPhones, television remote controls and utensils.'

Azarian is also claiming that Carey herself would commit, 'acts of physical, emotional and psychological abuse' against her.

There is no indication if Azarian is seeking any damages, and if she is, what those damages may be.

Carey is seeking over $3 million in damages against Azarian, who the singer claimed was blackmailing her, claiming she would release embarrassing videos of her unless the singer paid her $8 million.

The original report, also from TMZ, claimed Azarian secretly recorded her doing embarrassing things, sometimes of an 'intimate' nature.

She notes they would be extremely damaging if released, although the lawsuit does not give further information as to what the content is.

Mariah also claims Lianna showed some of her friends and said she would sell them if she was fired.

They add that Mariah hired Lianna back in March 2015 as an Executive Assistant and paid her up to $327,000 a year.

But she claims she noticed her buying personal items on Mariah's credit card and used her name to secure huge discounts on purchases for herself.

Mariah claims the blackmail began back in November 2017, after she fired her from her role and says Lianna won't return the video.

MailOnline has contacted a spokesperson for Mariah for comment.

The latest news comes days after Mariah and her ex-manager Stella Bulochnikov settled their legal dispute.

The singer 'reached a mutually agreed resolution of this matter' with Stella, The Blast reported quoting court documents.

Stella, who previously accused the pop star of sexual harassment, will 'discontinue this action against Mariah Carey with prejudice, with each party to bear its own attorneys’ fees and costs.'

Insiders claimed Stella was demanding over $100 million in the suit, on the grounds that this was her rightful cut of the money Mariah earned with her assistance.

Mariah and Stella stopped doing business together in November of 2017 and at the time released an amicable statement regarding their split.

'After working together for almost three years, Mariah Carey and Stella Bulochnikov have determined that it is in their mutual best interest to part ways on day-to-day management,' the statement maintained.

'During their time working together, they have accomplished great things, including, most recently, Mariah Carey’s new music and motion picture projects for this upcoming holiday season,' it went on.

After Mariah hired her, sources told Page Six Stella was a 'Russian dictator' who 'practically moved in with Mariah and now she has so much stuff on her that she can get her to do anything. She’s pulling the strings, and Mariah does whatever she says.'

It was claimed in the same report that after Mariah brought Stella aboard, the musical icon cut a good deal of her old team loose.

The Page Six insiders said the then-upcoming reality show Mariah's World was the manager's brainchild, as 'Stella is the one who really wants to be the reality star.'

Stella was an executive producer on Mariah's World, which she also appeared on and which ran for a single eight-episode season on E!.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
