But Louise Redknapp didn't let her wound stop her from enjoying some physical recreation, as she did some 'light workout' training with a pal on Thursday.
The singer, 44, looked relaxed as she took a break from her routine, posing up a storm with her gym buddy while sat on a yoga mat.

Louise slipped into two-tone grey leggings, while she offset her dark ensemble with a white tank top and matching trainers.
Gushing about the session, she wrote in the caption: 'Back with @bradleysimmonds today a very light workout concentrating on core to keep motivated for @9to5musicaluk'

Taking to Instagram Stories on Wednesday the star, 44, posted a brief video explaining fans that she was on the road to recovery after a visit to the doctor, and was still attending read-throughs for the show so she 'doesn't lose it.'
A spokesperson for Louise confirmed to MailOnline last week that she would be taking a break from 9 To 5 - and missing its opening night - after suffering a fall on the way to rehearsals.
After a spokesperson confirmed the news to MailOnline, Louise also took to Instagram to write: 'It breaks my heart to say I am having to take some time out and won't be able to continue with my role in 9-5.
'Due to a nasty fall I have only gone and fractured my wrist and got 10 (yes 10) stitches in my chin.

'Following my doctors orders- they have said I will be ok but as they say in the theatre 'the show must go on' and I wish the rest of the fabulous cast an amazing opening night and I will be back on that stage for 9-5 before you know it.'
A statement also revealed: 'Due to an injury this week, Louise Redknapp has had to temporarily withdraw from performing the role of Violet in 9 to 5 The Musical.
'The recovery time recommended means Louise is no longer able to properly rehearse the show in the remaining time left before opening. Together we have made the difficult decision to delay Louise's start date in the show.

But the star doesn't seem to be letting it dampen her party spirit, as she took to social media on Tuesday to post snaps from a fun night out, which also saw singer Lee Ryan in attendance.
Her post was also flooded with messages from fans wishing her well in her recovery, while many also praised her incredible figure in the revealing lingerie-esque looks.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
