A Manhattan executive assistant has been ordered to appear in federal court amidst claims she received hundreds of thousands of dollars in stolen money from an ex-Navy SEAL.

Hillary 'Alexa' Holcombe, 34, was first hit with a subpoena in September 2018 to testify against her former boss Alden 'Reno' Alberto in a civil case.

Alberto, an ex-Navy SEAL, allegedly stole millions of dollars from the helicopter maintenance firm NorthStar Aviation - where he was once CEO.

Company officials claims that Alberto embezzled money from the firm and sent it to Holcombe in the form of cash bonuses, according to the New York Post

Holcombe, who was already being paid a $120,000 salary, reportedly received $220,000 in bonuses from Alberto, who trained the Navy SEAL team that was tasked to track down Taliban leader Ahmad Shah during the Afghanistan War.

The team was later portrayed in the Mark Wahlberg film Lone Survivor.

Alberto first hired Holcombe to replace her aunt as his executive assistant in 2016.

She was promoted to chief marking officer only two months later, a move that shocked NorthStar employees.

'I don't think [she'd] ever done office work,' executive Marwan Agha told the Post. 'Even simple things, she would not do.'

Hani Farag, NorthStar's vice president, believed that Alberto and Holcombe were 'engaged in a romantic relationship'.

Farag became so concerned, in fact, that he 'procured an insurance policy to insure North Star against sexual harassment claims', according to court papers.

Attorneys in Alexandria, Virginia have spent the last few months trying to speak with Holcombe and even offered to depose her in Manhattan - where she now resides.

But the court has had enough.

On Friday a judge ordered Holcombe to testify and provide documents responsive to the subpoena when she once again failed to come to court.

If Holcombe refuses to testify against Alberto before January 11, she will face fines.

Holcombe told the Post she did not appear in court because she was traveling out of the country.

She refused to comment on the case.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
