The father who ignited a three-car police raid in a quiet suburban street after he was heard screaming 'why don't you die?' at a spider has admitted he killed it with a nappy.

Rhys Howard's blood-curdling screams were so loud his scared neighbours frantically called the police thinking a violent murder was occurring.

The 30-year-old father-of-two, who carries a serious disdain for the eight-legged creatures, has recalled the moment a police squad stormed his Perth home early on Wednesday morning.

'I was out in the backyard with my daughter and my partner Kara answered the door to the police. They seemed really concerned,' Mr Howard told Daily Mail Australia.

'They said they had recorded reports of a toddler crying and someone yelling 'why don't you die'.

'Kara laughed and said that that was my partner Rhys, he was killing a spider.'

However, once police arrived at his Wanneroo property, his partner Kara Chook, (pictured left with Mr Howard right) relieved them by saying that it had just been his partner 'killing a spider'

Though Mr Howard doesn't exactly suffer from arachnophobia, his partner Kara, who calls herself 'the man of the house' usually does the killing.

But since she was in the shower at the time, Mr Howard mustered up the courage to take on the critter himself.

'The thought of it being loose in the house and not knowing where it was gave me the adrenaline to kill it,' he said.

Police told Daily Mail Australia they dispatched three units to his address due to the 'severity of the call'.

'They came out the back and Kara said to me 'you're in trouble!' I was thinking 'oh god what have I done why are there police here'.'

'They then had a grin on their face and asked 'did you get it?'.

'I was like 'get what?' and they said 'the spider'. That's when I tired red and started laughing and apologising.

'I get that I can be a little over the top.'

When asked about the spider that started the frenzy, Mr Howard said it was either a 'white tail or a huntsman around the size of a ten cent piece' and revealed how it met its end with an unlikely weapon.

'We are toilet training our daughter at the moment so I was looking for a shoe or something to kill it with and the only thing I could find was a nappy,' he said.

'So I picked it up and repeatedly mashed it with the nappy and was screaming 'why won't you die!'.

'I was also yelling at my daughter to stay in the playroom and to not come near me so it probably did sound terrifying to someone walking by.'

When asked if they had contacted their worried neighbours after the incident, he said they still have no idea who they are.

'We posted in the Edgewater Facebook page asking who it was and wanted to thank them for calling the police,' he said.

'It is nice to live in a suburb with friendly neighbours looking out for my family.'

Wanneroo police also praised the worried neighbour for their quick thinking and despite the frantic drive to their home, were relieved at what they found.

'Obviously it was the preferred outcome,' Senior Sergeant Simon Hazell told Daily Mail Australia.

The exact amount can not say because there are many nuances. It will be necessary to build a small laboratory with certain parameters. To all interested persons please write on an email angocman@gmail.com . It is the scientific project and I do not know whether it is possible to earn on it. The probability of success of the project is approximately 60%. That will be very interesting.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
