«Breaking News» Arkansas officer and K-9 handler is fired after video sees him shooting a Chihuahua in the face

An Arkansas sheriff's deputy has been fired after he was captured on video shooting a small dog while on duty.

Deputy Keenan Wallace was 'relieved of his duties' after disturbing video showed him shooting a small Chihuahua in the face while responding to a call of an aggressive dog.

Wallace arrived at the home in Conway to find two small dogs on the front lawn. Video recorded by the dog's owner Doug Canady, shows Wallace approaching the home while the dogs barked.

Wallace can be heard threatening to shoot one of the dogs if it became too aggressive. Video shows that he did just that 20 seconds later.

After Wallace fired his gun, the dog named Reeses can be heard squeeling.

Are you f*****g kidding me?' Canady shouts. 'You're f*****g kidding me.'

'I told you,' Wallace responded as he approached Canady with a taser in hand.

Canady and Wallace can be heard getting into an argument, while the dog is noticeably shaken in the background.

'I'm recording you right now. I just recorded you shooting that dog in front of me putting me in danger.' The deputy replied with, 'no, I didn't, the shot hit the dog, what I aimed at.'

Reeses survived the shooting with a gun shot in his face and a broken jaw.

A GoFundMe has been set up for the dog which has raised $11,000 of its $12,000 goal in just one day.

'My heart broke when he shot her. What did that poor dog do?' Canady said told FOX16. 'That's a tough little dog.'

Sheriff Tim Ryals said in a statement Saturday that Wallace had been relieved of his duties at the Faulkner County Sheriff's Office.

''I believe there were numerous opportunities to de-escalate the incident,' he wrote.

'Our Department is sadden about this incident and apologize for any distress and disappointment this incident has caused anyone who was affected by this disheartening event,' he added. 'We will keep Reeses in our thoughts through the recovery process.' .

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
