«Breaking News» Lucy Mecklenburgh drops engagement hints to Ryan Thomas 'as she likes snap of £14K ring 20 TIMES'

Last month, Ryan Thomas insisted marriage was far from his mind.

Yet it seems things may be confused with his girlfriend Lucy Mecklenburgh as the Mirror claim she has been repeatedly liking images of engagement rings on Instagram - even liking one jewel a whopping 20 times.

Feeling tap happy on various accounts, it was an oval cut diamond by Jean Dousset, the great-great grandson of Louis Cartier, which truly caught her eye although in a recent interview with MailOnline, Ryan insisted he was happy with their romance.

Lucy and Ryan began dating after taking part of Celebrity Island With Bear Grylls last year and have been enamoured ever since. The couple are currently on holiday in Mykonos for one of the Corrie hunk's best friend's wedding.

The handsome star shares nine-year-old daughter Scarlett with his former co-star Tina O'Brien, having dated from 2003 to 2009, while Lucy was previously engaged to her TOWIE fellow Mario Falcone, before they split in 2012.

While the couple are happier that ever, eagle-eyed fans have spotted Lucy's adoration for the Jean Dousset ring, thanks to her many likes.

MailOnline has contacted representatives for Lucy and Ryan for comment.

Last month, while talking to MailOnline, Ryan gushed about his girlfriend and life with Scarlett. Helping him through the situation was Lucy, who Ryan began dating after they both appeared on Bear Grylls Celebrity Island last year.

Speaking of their unique first meet, he said: 'The Island was crazy. I haven't thanked Bear for me and Lucy. I've never though about it...

'Bear Grylls put me through absolute hell and put me on an island for a month with no food and no water and I had to survive out there. And while it was an amazing experience, the best thing I got out there was a girlfriend.'

It seems the couple are happy to stay as they are, with no clanging of wedding bells just yet as they continue in their happy relationship.

He went on: 'I think we're having such an amazing time and it's not something we've talked about. We're going to someone else's wedding and we're just enjoying each other and I just want to spend as much time as possible with family and friends.'

Aside from their life as two, he also touched on life with Lucy playing step-mum to Scarlett, who Ryan shares with his former co-star Tina O'Brien.

The content star happily revealed: 'Yeah they're amazing together. We're really good and I'm glad that's the way it works. We try and provide her with a supportive nature and we spend a lot of time together.'

Despite enjoying elements of his CBB experience, it seems further reality shows are not in Ryan's sights at the moment: 'I'm taking a break from reality. I would never say never to anything and I said that when I left Corrie but I'm just happy how I am.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
