«Breaking News» Inside Gwyneth Paltrow's pop-up Goop store in Notting Hill

She delighted fans last month with the news that Goop was coming to UK shores for the first time.

Now shoppers have offered a glimpse inside Gwyneth Paltrow's sprawling lifestyle and wellness emporium, located in London's leafy Notting Hill - complete with rose quartz water bottles and 'chakra-healing' crystals.

Stocked floor-to-ceiling with skincare, homeware, health supplements, clothing and accessories - including a £3,600 diamond ear cuff and 'vibrator necklace' - the pop-up shop is already proving a hit with fans.

Shoppers have been flocking to the capital to explore the Westbourne Grove boutique, despite the eye-watering price tags and the fact that the lifestyle guru is yet to make an appearance in store.

However one disappointed fan left empty-handed after failing to procure one of Paltrow's infamous £65 Jade Quartz eggs — designed to be used internally to 'increase sexual energy' — writing: 'Went for a vagina egg, came out with nothing.'

Set over two floors overlooking a leafy courtyard, the store is decked out in plush velvet - with rustic details like woodchip walls and shelves adding a touch of hipster pop-up.

Floor-to-ceiling windows and a strategically-placed chaise longue lend the space a decidedly decadent feel, while shoppers can snap up items including a crystal-imbued water bottle to give your drinking water some 'positive energy'.

There appears to be plenty of homeware on offer too, from marble fruit bowls to wine decanters, vases, candlesticks and pestles and mortars.

Gwyneth, 45, first launched Goop in 2008 as a weekly newsletter offering fans her lifestyle recommendations including her favourite recipes, products, and health and fitness tips.

Now, as it celebrates its tenth birthday, the company is a huge empire worth a staggering $250 million (£192 million), the New York Times reported in July.

However, Goop has received its fair share of criticism, with the company agreeing to pay out over misleading health claims earlier this month.

The company reached a $145,000 (£112,000) settlement over products including Goop’s Jade Egg and Rose Quartz Egg - intended to be placed into the vagina to improve health.

A Goop statement said the settlement acknowledged no liability on the company’s part and addressed only advertising, not the products themselves.

Gwyneth also raised eyebrows after sharing her list of 'essentials' for a sleep-inducing bedroom last month - which totalled $1,828 (£1,370) altogether.

Her pricey list of nine products included a $125 water carafe, $295 sheets, and a $725 wall light.

Its eponymous UK store will be open until the end of January, Goop said last month.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
