A Virginia man put an electric fence around his property on the day school returned to prevent children from trashing his yard.

Bryan Tucker, from Sandston, told NBC he installed the fence as he had been forced to pick up litter and endured damage to his property as a result of school kids waiting at a nearby bus stop.

'We've been warning people for years,' he said.

'We called transportation and they refused to do anything about it. They said it was my responsibility if the kids get hurt on my land and that I need to tell them to get off my land and stay in the street.

'I'm not in charge of other people's children.'

Tucker was initially told he could not have the fence where it was (pictured) because it was on county property. Instead of taking it down, he said he would just move it back closer to his home

Tucker, who outraged neighbors with his fence, said he had tried to use signs to warn people off before, but to no result.

'Nothing stops people,' he told WTVR, claiming he picks up trash left behind every day.

The fence was a controversial move with neighbors, who slammed the married man for putting their children in danger.

'The first day of school, really?' one neighbor told NBC.

'C'mon now. It would have been different if it was a few days later or something.'

'I understand his concern. I just don't think he understood the neighbors' concern about their kids, neighbor James Mehfoud told WTVR.

'One of them could touch it, fall into it, and get shocked.'

Tucker was told he had violated a city ordinance and ordered to take the fence down after just a day, but said he would simply move it.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
