A 12-year-old Michigan was seen grasping her older sister's hand in the final photo taken just before she died from injuries she suffered in an ATV crash.
Riley Robinson was taken off life support after the vehicle she was riding in lost control on rough terrain and slammed into a tree on her grandmother's property.
The horrifying crash left her 14-year-old sister, Peyton, in critical condition.
The heartbreaking image shows the siblings lying in their hospital beds, with neck braces on and casts all over their bodies.

Peyton's palm is seen resting on her sister's hand with her fingers intertwined.
Riley can only loop her thumb around her sister's middle finger.
Just a few hours later, Riley tragically passed away. Her family donated her organs and saved the lives of six other children.
'I think the hardest thing we did was signing the paper for organ donation,' he told Fox 2 Detroit. 'I don't get our daughter back but there are six families that get a little more time to spend with their loved ones.'
Peyton's arms, elbow, shoulder were fractured in the accident.
Her father was especially keen for her to be able to wear her favorite outfits without worry after reconstructive surgery.

The sisters were riding around their grandmother's home in Missaukee County
'The doctor said that he was going to look at trying to fix her collarbone, make sure it heals right, because little girls like to wear dresses,' Robinson said about the procedures taking place, that will also address her eyes, jaw and nose on Friday.
Children under the age of 16 can ride the recreational vehicles so long as they have had safety training and are supervised by an adult.
Regardless of age, anyone riding an ATV must wear a helmet.
Riley and Peyton's 16-year-old brother, Tyler, discovered them near their grandmother's home in Missaukee County and called the emergency services after the accident.

He described their brother Tyler, who pulled the ATV off his sister, as a 'hero'
He pulled the recreational vehicle off his sister in what their father describes as an act of heroism.
'He's my hero. He called 911, and got the 4 wheeler off his sister. He did everything he could,' the distraught parent told Fox 2.
Riley was later airlifted to Grand Rapids hospital but succumbed to her injuries.
'Life as you know it can be over in a blink of an eye,' Robinson continued. 'She was the life of the party. Trusting, very caring.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
