«Breaking News» Sarah Hyland reveals she exercises naked in front of a mirror because it forces her to 'work harder'

There aren't too many folks who would be able to stand the sight of themselves working out naked.

But Sarah Hyland does it for that precise reason.

The Modern Family star revealed she  'hates herself' in the buff and because of that she 'works harder' on her figure.

Taking to her Instagram story, the 27-year-old explained: 'So I have a break from filming right now before some other things.

'Does anybody else like working out naked in front of mirrors so you hate yourself and work harder?

'Seriously. I suggest you all do it. Because you’re in front of the mirror and you’re like, "Must have Dua Lipa abs!" '

Her very personal revelation comes after the actress previously refused to be body shamed for being too skinny.

Back in March she told People: 'For me it's just kind of like a natural reaction [to speak out]. And sometimes it gets too much to where I'm like, okay, I really need to make a statement right now because what is happening is not okay.  

'And it happens all the time. People think that because you're in the public eye you sign up for criticism from random people and strangers.

'But I'm in this business because I love the craft, and I love the art of it, and I love creating and evoking emotions out of people.'

Meanwhile she took to her Instagram Stories at the end of July to slam critics who claimed she wasn’t getting enough carbs in her diet.

She wrote: 'I've been reading some of your DMs and so many of you are like, "Girl, you fine but like, eat some bread!"

'So I would like to put in a request for anyone who is concerned about my bread consumption to send to [her beau] Wells Adam, because he is the sole person who knows about how much bread I consume on a daily basis. Thanks! Love you, mean it, Ok bye.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
