Peter Dinklage had his priorities sorted by the time he hit the stage this time around.
The 49-year old actor took home the Emmy for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series for his role as Tyrion Lannister in the HBO hit series Game of Thrones at the 70th annual Emmy's ceremony held at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles on Monday.
Among the first things he did was thank his wife, who was proudly sitting in the audience.

'Thank you, Erica, for putting up with me. I’m very temperamental and I love you very much,' he said, after noting that he forgot to thank her when he won the Emmy for the same category in 2015.
Dinklage also gave a nod to Game of Thrones co-creators Dave Benioff and Dan Weiss.
'Thank you for changing my life. I cannot walk down the street anymore,' he joked. 'You are honestly the most talent amazing people I know besides my wife Erica.'

This is Dinklage's third Emmy win and seventh nomination for his work as Tyrion Lannister.
This year's nomination puts him in an elite category of being the most nominated actor of all time in the category of Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series, according to Deadline.

Emilia Clarke, who plays Daenerys Targaryen, absolutely shined on the red carpet in a black sheer floral dress by Dior Haute.
She added a pair of dangling earrings and had her hair pulled back in a bun.

Co-star Gwendoline Christie looked a far cry from her role as Brienne of Tarth in a bright yellow dress that had a Game of Thrones-style rope that acted as a belt to accentuate the waistline.
She wore her platinum blonde hair in a bob cut with a part down the middle.
As for the rest of the G.O.T crew: Kit Harrington looked dashing in a classic black suit and tie; the always handsome Nikolaj Coster-Waldau went with a show-stopping golden velvet jacket and black dress pants; Nathalie Emmanuel showed off her amazingly toned figure in a strapless black gown; and G.O.T author George R. R. Martin looked distinguished in a black pinstripe suit.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
