Australian mother-of-two Olivia White is known for her handy parenting tips, raw and emotional blog posts and body positive snaps.
The frugal 28-year-old turned her hand to budgeting earlier this year when she announced she had saved an impressive $30,000 in just 12 months.
The House of White founder set a goal with her husband to save that amount to build a new shed and study and with a few lifestyle tweaks and dedication the pair were able to succeed in their mission.
And now the social media influencer has shared her insider tips and tricks on how to make serious cash when selling items online, claiming to have increased her income by more than double by following these simple steps.

USE A WHITE BACKGROUND AND NEVER TAKE PHOTOS AT NIGHT
Taking to her official website, Ms White advised making your listings seem more professional and creating images showing items at their best can make 'a huge difference'.
'Upload multiple photos – for clothing, take photos back and front, close ups of detailing and of course any faults, stains or rips,' she said.
Ms White explained photos must be taken in good lighting, and recommended using daylight as darkness can cast shadows and give products a yellow hue.

HANG CLOTHING, WRITE CLEAR DESCRIPTIONS AND USE CAPITALS
If you are selling clothes, hanging the item or otherwise using a mannequin to display the garment is essential to showcase the design at its best.
When it comes to describing your item, Ms White urged sellers to use descriptive titles to increase the product's visibility online.
'Use "discoverable" words that people will be using to search for items like yours – it's not just about the brand name but all descriptive things, for example a Bonds Zippy could also be referred to as a onesie, a coverall or a romper,' she said.'
Ms White also advised using capital letters in the title of your product as it makes the listing look 'more appealing'.
Checking grammar and word spelling is also crucial to ensure online shoppers can find the item they are searching for.

BE AS CLEAR AS POSSIBLE AND ALWAYS USE PAYPAL
Ms White said it is important to include size, fit, condition, brand details and measurements of anything you wish to sell.
Having clear terms and conditions is also vital, particularly around your return policy and if you are advertising the item elsewhere.
Ms White cautioned aspiring sellers to always use PayPal for payments to make buyers feel 'more secure' about their purchase.

COVER YOURSELF FOR POSTAGE AND ASK FOR FEEDBACK
If you are planning to sell on eBay, Ms White reminded sellers to weigh and measure items before displaying on the site to ensure you are charging postage accordingly.
‘Postage can really sting you if you get it wrong! – I use the eBay pre-paid Australia Post bags which means you can print labels from home without stepping foot in the post office,’ she said.
The mummy blogger also encouraged would-be entrepreneurs to ask for feedback from purchasers about their buying experience.
She said it should instill confidence with people to purchase from you.

Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy.
