«Breaking News» Kate Moss, 44, is fresh-faced and sober as she emerges looking stunning from gin party with pals

And Kate Moss proved she's got the willpower to do it as she attended a London Fashion Week event sponsored by Hoxton Gin on Monday evening.

Clearly having said no to the Gimlet and Tom Collins cocktails on offer, the model, 44, looked fresh-faced and sober as she left the London event at 11PM alongside pals Liv Tyler and Sadie Frost.

Kate looked sensational in all-black, showcasing her ever-lean physique in a netted black top over a crop-top beneath.

She tucked this into tiny leather shorts and teamed this with matching boots.

She added fishnet tights to the look too, wearing a black leather purse slung accross her body.

She wore her blonde locks loosely around her shoulders and kept her make-up clean with a light dusting of concealer and a blush pink sheen to her pout.

Kate is well-known for her love of partying and her years of boozing are said to have taken their toll on her complexion.

But sources close to the supermodel revealed in April that she has overhauled her lifestyle in a bid to preserve her beauty and is no longer as 'wild as people think'.

The blonde, who is mother to teenager Lila, has ditched alcohol in favour of a green juice each morning and relies on supplements to clear up her skin.

In recent years, she has been subject to a string of unflattering pictures which have revealed the damage her unhealthy habits - subathing, smoking and drinking - have had on her.

But the reformed Primrose Hill queen credits the changes, made as part of her new 80/20 regime, for boosting her skin, providing her with restful sleep and upping her energy levels.

Croydon-born Kate told friends she was also inspired to transform her behaviour by her actress Sadie Frost, 52 - also out with her on Monday.

Sadie has spoken extensively in recent years about her holistic approach to life which has seen her ditch bad habits for meditation and clean-living.

Kate now embraces being tee-total 80 per cent of the time, goes to the gym and has also started yoga sessions.

Speaking to MailOnline exclusively earlier this year, an insider close to Kate revealed her radical transformation. They said: 'Kate isn't nearly as wild as people think.

'Of course she loves a good party - who doesn't - but she's barely drinking at all now.

'Sadie Frost went teetotal and started doing yoga and Kate's doing an 80:20 version of that which is that she's teetotal 80 per cent of the time.'

The anonymous source added: 'Kate is very intelligent and a brilliant mum to Lila and wants to feel and look good as she gets older. 

'Nobody wants to feel rubbish and Kate's looks are her fortune.

'So, of course, she's looking after her health, she'd be crazy not to invest in staying as gorgeous as she can for as long as she can.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
