Helen Flanagan has spoken out on her experience with breastfeeding her two daughters in an emotional blog post.
The Coronation Street actress, 28, welcomed her second daughter, Delilah in June, a little sister for Matilda, three, alongside her footballer fiance Scott Sinclair.
In a new blog post, the mum reveals how much her boobs have changed after breastfeeding both her girls, before admitting that the bonding experience she has had through feeding is worth the changes.

She wrote: 'My boobs have dropped and changed a lot from breastfeeding but I wouldn't have it any other way, I'm proud to have fed my child myself and my bonding experience with my baby is far more important than what my body looks like.'
The star uploaded a selfie of her with Delilah, going makeup free for the candid snap as she told her Instagram followers: 'I am obviously no expert at all on breast feeding and I have not found breastfeeding easy both times so wanted to be honest about my experience with other mums.'
'This picture was taken the first morning I had Delilah home x this is how I really look the majority of the time glasses, no makeup and a messy bun head.'

In the blog she told of her fears that her first born Matilda wasn't getting enough milk because she had problems with the latch during feeding.
Helen explained: 'My experience with breastfeeding Matilda was really stressful the first two weeks. I was told by the midwives at the hospital and the midwives with my aftercare at home that Matilda wasn't latching on properly.
'It was just really stressful. I remember the first week of having Matilda was amazing as I was just so in love with my little miracle and being a first-time mum but I also felt incredibly overwhelmed with everything.'
'I didn't realize I would be a bit sore after labour and not able to walk properly for a few days which was a bit of a shock and id never been around babies before so everything was so new from nappies to bathing to even dressing and winding a small baby.

Proud: She wrote: 'My boobs have dropped and changed a lot from breastfeeding but I wouldn't have it any other way, I'm proud to have fed my child myself and my bonding experience with my baby is far more important than what my body looks like'
'I didn't even think of experiencing any problems or stress with breastfeeding. I remember the first week I would even dread feeding her as I was just worried she wasn't latching on properly. I cried quite a bit the first week of having Matilda.
'I felt so anxious. I also felt so responsible for this teeny tiny baby, which of course I was, who was so unbelievably precious to me, I was just so anxious especially after being told my latch wasn't right.'
Helen explained that she soon mastered the technique though and went onto feed Matilda until around six months, when she started getting her first teeth.
The actress went on to say though that she found the first few weeks of Delilahs life emotional too, admitting she became snappy with her loved ones, including Matilda.

The actress wrote: 'The first week of Delilah been born I was just really quite snappy and stressy which I felt really bad about as I was snapping at my lovely mum who was doing everything for me and snapping at Matilda when she was having tantrums which were the exact opposite of what I wanted to do with her having a brand-new sister which I felt awful about.'
The blog post comes after Helen blasted onlookers who mum-shamed her while she was discreetly feeding baby daughter while in a coffee shop.
Talking to MailOnline last week the star explained: 'When Delilah was a few weeks old, I was in Starbucks and tried to find a discreet place to breastfeed.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
