At least four people were shot when a gunman opened fire inside the office of a Pennsylvania district judge this afternoon.
According to a 911 dispatcher, shots were reported at 2pm at the office of District Judge Daniel Shimshock at 1 East Church Avenue in Masontown.
The Tribune-Review reported that attorney David Kaiser was at the judge's office when someone opened fire.

At least four people, among them a police sergeant, were left wounded in the attack
Kaiser said he heard people arguing outside in the crowded waiting area outside the office before the first shots rang out, sending the lawyer fleeing for his life.
Authorities say Masontown police Sgt. Scott Miller was shot in the head. The suspect was taken into custody.
Judge Daniel Shimshock (pictured) had multiple preliminary hearings scheduled for this afternoon
Channel 11 later reported, citing an unnamed source, that the suspected shooter was shot and killed by police.
Multiple medical helicopters were summoned to the scene, along with the Fayette County coroner, according to Herald-Standard.
It is believed that the shooting occurred during a domestic hearing, which was among some 60 hearings scheduled for this afternoon.
The witness, who identified himself only as Todd, said he used his belt as a tourniquet and tied it around the woman's wounded arm to stop the bleeding in the bathroom.
The Observer-Reporter quoted an eyewitness saying that the shooter was targeting a blonde woman in a pink shirt, who suffered a bullet wound to her right arm.
Another witness, Rosa Goff, told the paper she saw the man chasing the blonde woman and firing multiple shots.
'He was shooting at everyone,' Goff said.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
