Burt Reynolds' famed Florida ranch will reportedly be developed into multi-million dollar homes.
The Jupiter Farms ranch sits on 160 acres of land in Jupiter, Florida, where the Hollywood actor shot scenes from Smokey and the Bandit II.
Reynolds' ranch also played host to several movie stars who were occasionally spotted as they came to shoot scenes for Striptease and B.L. Stryker, according to the Sun Sentinel.

But now, the massive ranch will be developed into 30 lots with homes starting at $1 million to $1.5 million.
Owners will even be allowed to have horse stalls on their lots.
Reynolds, who passed away aged 82 on Thursday after going into cardiac arrest, also married actress Loni Anderson in a chapel on the property in 1988.
Veronica Bellew, whose family had a store nearby, told the Sentinel that Reynolds had a 'church there and studios'.
'He had a horse track, and in the back there were deer, too. They were his pets,' she added.
There was also an 18-crypt mausoleum built near his mansion.

The Town & Country Feed & Supply store is the only building that remains standing on the property

But all of those buildings have been torn down in favor of new multi-million dollar homes.
The ranch was sold in 1999 to the Palm Beach County School District while Reynolds was in bankruptcy.
School officials had planned to build a middle school on the property, but instead they sold the property to developer K. Hovnanian Homes for $5million.
Reynolds went into cardiac arrest and died at Jupiter Medical in Florida on Thursday morning, surrounded by his family.
He was best known for his roles in 1972's Deliverance, 1977's Smokey and the Bandit, and 1997's Boogie Nights - the last of which earned him an Oscar nomination.
He was also filming Quentin Tarantino's new movie Once Upon a Time in Hollywood alongside Margot Robbie, Brad Pitt and Leonardo DiCaprio at the time of his death.
The film is expected to hit theaters in 2019.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
