A Kansas woman who labels herself an 'intentional leader with a people-first mentality' is facing a dozen charges against her for hosting children at parties with flowing alcohol and obscene activities.
Tiffany Shalberg, 44, was arrested Thursday after law enforcement received a tip off but the Johnson County woman posted her $1,500 the same day and is awaiting arraignment soon.
Six minors born in either 2000 or 2001 are listed as witnesses in legal documents regarding events between October 2017 and April 2018.

The gatherings were allegedly held over the six months at a West 158th Terrace home believed to be Shalberg's residence in the Overland Park neighborhood.
A neighbor told KCTV5 that the parties occurred every day.
She appears to have a son who according to a Twitter page, was 14 years old in October 2014. It would mean he is 18 now.
Shalberg is charged with one count of hosting a juvenile alcohol party, four counts of furnishing alcohol to a minor, three counts of contributing to a child's misconduct, three counts of endangering a child and one count of promoting obscenity.

Law enforcement warned her bashes put the teenagers – who from the witnesses could have been aged 16 at the youngest and 18 at the oldest - in serious danger.
'I will say these are considered to be very serious situations because you're introducing alcohol and drugs to minors who many times get behind the wheel of a car,' Johnson County District Attorney, Steve Howe, said according to Fox4KC.com. 'And that's the dangerous aspect. We've seen some real tragic stories over the years in Kansas City where it's led to either the death or injury to those minors or other individuals.
'As a parent you should have been asked and be aware of the fact that you`re introducing drugs and alcohol to my kid.'
Howe added: 'And I think most parents would be highly offended by the fact some parent took it upon themselves to go ahead and do that with their kid without their knowledge and consent. I think that's the part that offends most of the general public is people doing those things and it's on the low and no one knows about it.'
She has a history of working with children according to volunteer experience on a social networking website where she claims to have been a coordinator for the Big Slick Celebrity Auction & Gala since 2012. Shalberg states rose up to become an event planner for gala in January 2016.

The nine-years-in-the-making fundraiser to benefit Children's Mercy Hospital has seen her work booking the travel and accommodation for the likes of Paul Rudd, Jason Sudekis, and Eric Stonestreet who she writes 'bring their celebrity friends for an amazing auction and party!'.
The children's hospital work isn't the only experience Shalberg has had with youngsters; her LinkedIn profile says that from August 2015 to March 2018 she worked as a student services and counselling admin assistant in the Blue Valley School District where her apparent son studied.
Since 1994 she has maintained work as a self-employed Master Nail Technician and her profile states she studied business at the University of Arizona.
She appears to be connected to a catering-related Facebook page named Tiffany Shalberg Tastefully Simple Independent Consultant, where she says the company was founded in 1995.
The page hasn't posted anything since 2013.
Her profile information states: 'For over 25 years, I have been a top industry licensed technician in the field of manicuring. I have networked to build and maintain long-lasting relationships by creating unique experiences with lifelong memories.'

The October 2017 to April 2018 events coincide with her extensive experience working with children in a school and in connection to a hospital
It's not clear how Shalberg knew the children involved and if she met them at any one of her jobs, but her LinkedIn page boasts of her 'flair for creativity' and 'the ability to multi-task and see the big picture while simultaneously focusing on attention to detail'.
The 2009 graduate of Focus Seminars of Kansas City credits her time there for propelling her 'as a leader personally and professionally in my development of relationships and networking'.
In her pitch to potential recruiters and clients, Shalberg states on the website that cutting out 'interference' has enabled her success in the fields and suggests that by subtracting certain elements along the way it has allowed her to lead an authentic career.
No specific examples are provided but she writes in a personal statement: 'I demonstrate strong communication skills, flexibility, creative problem-solving and a positive attitude. I bring a team-oriented mindset, yet I'm a self-starter and am able to work independently.' While describing herself as 'coachable' and 'dedicated', she also insists: 'I know who I am.'
The blonde woman adds on the website: 'I am one who exudes confidence, a strong, proud and confident woman whose [sic] mission is to motivate, inspire and create inner peace in myself and others around me.'
DA Howe said adults involved will be vigorously held accountable.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
