«Breaking News» Shocking video shows 'prisoners' on leashes being forced to fight like dogs

Prison chiefs are investigating footage that appears to show inmates forcing other prisoners to engage in a dog fight.

During the video, two men with leads attached to their necks are forced to bite at each other and growl while inmates goad them on.

The other men, who have their faces concealed from the camera, tell them: 'Down, sit down. No hands.'

While it is not clear if the video was filmed in a UK prison, the Ministry of Justice have confirmed they are in the process of having the video removed from social media.

The shocking video begins with what appears to be two prisoners in a cell on their hands and knees wearing leads around their necks.

They immediately begin growling and biting one another's necks, until they end up grappling on the ground.

One of the men holding the leads shouts: 'Get him boy. Get him boy.'

A man wearing a yellow cap and a blue piece of material covering his face then abruptly halts the action, saying: 'Hey hey, that's enough, get up. Get off, get off, get off.'

The man fighting on the left then gets up and stands to the back of the cell, while the other man fighting stays on his hands and knees.

The two then resume their dog fighting after the man in the yellow cap shouts: 'Get down, sit down. No hands. Go.'

The two prisoners on the ground continue biting into each other's necks and growling, as others around them continue laughing.

Facing the camera, the yellow-capped man, flashes a hand signal, and the fighting continues as the video comes to an end.

The clip appeared on Facebook in November with the caption, 'HMP Behave,' but has only recently attracted attention, with now close to 200,000 views.

Whilst the Ministry of Justice prison service did not confirm which prison this was filmed in, they confirmed they are looking into the matter.

A spokesperson said: 'This behaviour will not be tolerated and we are in the process of having the video removed from social media.

'We have recruited an extra 3,500 prison officers over the last two years and are investing an additional £40 million in safety and security.

'Anyone found with a mobile phone faces extra time behind bars and we are spending £2 million to detect and block them from being used.'

Last June a video appeared showing inmates at HMP Northumberland fighting naked while allegedly high on spice.

The two men were seen biting and clawing at each other as other men surrounding them laughed and cheered.

A second video also showed a man clearly under the influence rolling on the floor.

Link hienalouca.com Interesting to note Looking for an investor or sponsor for a project to grow dinosaurs and relict plants. Requires the sum of investments from 400000$ to 900000$. The exact amount can not say because there are many nuances. It will be necessary to build a small laboratory with certain parameters. To all interested persons please write on an email angocman@gmail.com . It is the scientific project and I do not know whether it is possible to earn on it. The probability of success of the project is approximately 60%. That will be very interesting.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
