Police in Pennsylvania say a 21-year-old solider went on a deadly killing spree overnight near the Penn State University campus, which claimed two lives, left two other people critically wounded and ended with the suspect's suicide.
Authorities say 21-year-old Jordan Witmer, of Bellefonte, shot and killed 62-year-old auctioneer Dean Beachy, of Millersburg, Ohio, at P.J. Harrigan's Bar and Grill around 10.20pm on Thursday.

State College Police responded to the shooting at P.J. Harrigan's Bar & Grill at the Ramada Inn at around 10.20pm on Thursday
He also wounded a woman he had been dating and another man who was there. Both victims remained hospitalized Friday in critical condition.
Witmer, who was an active-duty infantry team leader in the US Army, according to his LinkedIn and Facebook pages, then drove away from the bar and broke into a home, where he fatally shot the homeowner, 83-year-old George McCormick.
Police said McCormick's wife locked herself in the bathroom and called 911. She was not harmed.
Witmer then shot himself through the face and was found dead by police, according to WJACTV.
Footage showed a wrecked Mazda hatchback being towed away from the scene with a squad car trailing behind.

According to Onward State, Police Chief John Gardener said the suspect 'may even have shot his way in' when he broke into the home on Tussey Lane.
According to his LinkedIn page, Witmer graduated from high school in 2015 and joined the US Army.
There was a heavy police presence at the scene of the house which was broken into, while Penn State have yet to make a full statement on the horrific incident.
The university's Twitter page stated this morning, 'We understand the concerns and safety is a priority. The University is looking into the alerts and will share an update.'

A student tweeted her concern that she had not been notified about the shooter by the university, stating her friend lives close to the hotel and another was working at the bar and grill
Police said the young killer was from the Bellefonte area not far from the campus.
So far no motive has been offered by police investigating the fatal incident.
Students voiced their concern on social media that the university had failed to send a text message alert about an active shooter on campus.
The shooting took place just under two miles away from the site of the main campus.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
