She is at the Golden Globes thanks to her work on the latest remake of the film A Star Is Born.
But Lady Gaga threw things back to 1954 on Sunday night, paying homage to Judy Garland with her fabulously eye-catching gown.
The dress channeled one worn by Garland in her take on the original 1937 movie, in which she played Ally - the same character Gaga took on in the remake.
However Gaga said the similarity between her Haute Valentino gown and Garland's lavender one was simply coincidence, telling Entertainment Tonight she 'didn't mean to copy her.'

While she inhabited the character of Ally to critical acclaim, Gaga also said she had little in common with the aspiring singer.
She explained that she had to, 'work really hard for this character,' because she's 'nothing like' her.
'Quite honestly she's nothing like me when I started out I was like, "Move aside",' Gaga added.
'Ally is just, like she's jaded, and angry and sad,' the singer-actress said.

Steal the show like Lady Gaga in a dress by Valentino
From meat dresses to sky-high Alexander McQueen heels, it's safe to say that we've been accustomed to Lady Gaga stealing the show on any given red carpet.
While the singer and actress might have simplified her styling these days, it turns out she's still more than capable of making an entrance. Case in point: this Valentino Couture gown.
Hailing from the AW18 Couture collection, Gaga's billowing frock is a pastel blue iteration of the darker colourway that stormed the catwalk. We love how she's gone full throttle matchy-matchy with dyed blue tresses!
With spring fast approaching, we're looking to ditch our black-on-black outfits for something a little more seasonally appropriate and this blue is the perfect pick! If you too fancy emulating Lady Gaga's style, why not peruse our carousel (right)...

The 32-year-old singer (born Stefani Germanotta) spoke with Ryan Seacrest on the red carpet, where she also revealed that she created characters in her songs because she always wanted to be an actress.
'I think I've created characters for years because I always wanted to be an actress, but I couldn't make it so I became a musician,' Gaga said.
The Gaga-starring remake of A Star Is Born had been in the works for years, with Beyonce Knowles once set to star, before Bradley Cooper came on to star and direct, picking Lady Gaga as his leading lady.

Seacrest said he wanted to call her because it resonated so much with him, with Gaga talking about working with Cooper.
'It was a totally different thing. I worked very closely with Bradley Cooper who is a tremendous filmmaker and a tremendous actor,' Gaga said.
'I learned a lot about going to the nectar of your being,' she added. 'I discovered something while working on this film, and its something called alchemy. Your creating a character but really becoming the character.
Getting in character: She added that she had to, 'work really hard for this character,' because she's 'nothing like' her
'You know your lines but you really just know what you are saying and then you on set and throw it all out the window and Bradley taught me that... about being in the moment,' she added.
She also spoke about her very first scene with Cooper, and how he helped her get out of her own head.
'I remember with my very first scene with Bradley he was just trying to get into my head,' Gaga said.
'I said something to him and he said something back to me that wasn’t what I thought he was going to say,' she added.
'He said are you OK, do you need to cry,' she added. 'The scene happened as written but it happened in a much more organic way, he taught me how to be present on set.'
Double nominee: She is nominated for both her performance as Ally in A Star Is Born, and for Best Original Song for the track Shallow

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
