«Breaking News» Dumbo official character posters gives a closer look at Eva Green Colin Farrell and Danny DeVito

It's the remake of the Disney classic that's set to break hearts with its emotional story once again.

And the first official posters for Dumbo were released on Friday, giving fans a closer glimpse at the characters of the live-action remake. 

Eva Green, 38, looked gorgeous with her fiery red locks, as she transformed into French trapeze artist Colette Marchant.

The French star looked glamorous in a peacock feather themed outfit, which saw her wear a chic hair accessory that complemented her bedazzled semi-sheer gloves.

Wearing smokey black eye shadow and bold red lipstick, Eva looked stunning as she posed with her hands framing her face. 

Also making an appearance was Colin Farrell, 42, who wore a hopeful expression as he got into character as Dumbo's carer at Dreamland circus, Holt Farrier.

The actor looked dapper in his denim shirt, which he paired with a red patterned neck scarf, while his raven locks were gelled back into a quiff.

And, of course, the title star got his own poster, as Dumbo posed on a platform with his large ears being the highlight feature of the artwork.

While Michael Keaton's villainous V.A. Vandevere put on an ominous display as he stared down viewers behind his blue-tinted glasses.

Following on from re-makes of Cinderella, Maleficent, Jungle Book, and Beauty and the Beast, Disney's latest live-action offering is set to be released in March.

Tim Burton is in the director's chair for the film, while his frequent collaborator Danny Elfman is on board to do the soundtrack.

The film also stars Thandie Newton's daughter Nico Parker, as well as Finley Robbins as Holt's children Milly and Finley. 

It is based upon a storyline written by Helen Aberson and is a full-length adaptation of Walt Disney's 1941 animated film of the same name written by Otto Englander, Joe Grant, and Dick Huemer.

Dumbo is set to be released on March 29 in cinemas across the UK and USA

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
