The British beauty guru's Pillow Talk collection - consisting of an eye shadow and cheek palette inspired by her cult lipstick of the same name - launches on Thursday.

But thousands of women across the country desperate to get their hands on a set have already signed up with the products expected to gain cult status.

The new makeup range was inspired by the brand's cult Pillow Talk lipstick, beloved by A-listers and royals alike.

The shade – a universally flattering nude colour loved by everyone from Alexa Chung to Mariah Carey – has proved so popular it is set to be extended into eye and cheek products.

The bestselling lippie was worn by Kitty Spencer at the 2018 royal wedding and is a firm red carpet favourite among stars including Gwyneth Paltrow, Celine Dion and JK Rowling.

It comprises a matte lipstick in barely-there pink and a matching lip liner, costing £24 and £16 respectively, with the pencil selling every six seconds globally.

The lip liner is such a global success that one of the products sells every six seconds around the world.

Describing it as her 'backstage secret weapon', Charlotte Tilbury has previously described it as 'everything you need for fuller, re-defined pout'.

'This nude beige lip liner is perfect for pairing with your everyday nude lip,' she writes on the brand's website.

The lipstick is designed to glide seamlessly onto the lips, is waterproof to ensure no feathering or transferring all day - and lasts up to six hours without smudging or fading.

'I've purchased this before so it speaks for itself, the creamiest long lasting lip liner, great because it never breaks in the middle of use,' another reviewer said (pictured: Emma Roberts)

And despite looking one colour in the packaging, Pillow Talk gives a soft, subtle wash of colour that varies according to the wearer.

For instance, last year three women wore it to the Met Ball, and Pillow Talk looked completely different on Emma Roberts, Gwyneth Paltrow and Alexa Chung.

Reviews online of Charlotte's Pillow Talk product are almost universally positive.

'Just enough pink with a sprinkle of brown keeping it the perfect nude [sic],' one reviewer posted, alongside a five star rating.

'I've purchased this before so it speaks for itself, the creamiest long lasting lip liner, great because it never breaks in the middle of use unlike other brands [sic],' another posted.

'I inherited my grandmother's very thin lips and light complexion. Charlotte Tilbury Lip Cheat allows me to extend my lips just enough to be visible without looking like seven year old me drew them on. Life changing!,' one further reviewer added.

Elsewhere, Amal Clooney, Olivia Palermo, Salma Hayek, Olivia Culpo, Nicole Kidman and Lady Emma Roberts are all fans of Pillow Talk.

But if you want to invest in the liner, you'll have to be quick - as the product and its lipstick counterpart often have to be re-stocked regularly, due to the speed at which they sell out.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
