Two Florida men have reeled in the catch of a lifetime, snagging a 750-pound alligator during a weekend hunting trip.
Brandon Barfield and Brandon Cutchins had caught a few smaller gators, and had decided to go to one final spot about 3.30am on Sunday when they set sight on the monster predator.
'We decided to try one more place and we ended up seeing this guy,' Cutchins told My Panhandle.

Barfield said the pair knew it would be a big catch when they first began pursuing it, but they had no idea how big until they were right next to it.
The gator is 12 feet long and 750 pounds, nearly the size of a Volkswagen Beetle.
While the men are delighted with their lucky find, catching the massive gator was no easy feat, with Barfield saying once they'd managed to grab him, 'it was on like Donkey Kong'.
'He fought so hard,' Barfield said.
'We finally got him up to the boat, got him with a harpoon, put a couple big snatch hooks in him.
'The first thing we saw was his tail. But his tail, that didn't do him any justice.
'Once we got the other hook in him and saw his head, we were more or less scared than we were happy at this moment.'

After managing to finally catch the monster with a harpoon, the men were left wondering how they would get it back to shore.
Over the course of about four hours, the men tried using life jackets to float it, strapping it to the side of the boat, and eventually enlisted some help moving the monster gator.
The men, who are both licensed to hunt alligators, said they would be making the most of their biggest-ever catch.
They intend to eat the predator's meat, use its hide to make things and to mount its head on the wall.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
