Will Grigg insists he never considered quitting international football with Northern Ireland despite the frustration of Euro 2016.
Grigg scored in the 2-1 Nations League defeat by Bosnia at Windsor Park on his first appearance for nearly two years.
It has raised questions over the 27-year-old striker's international future after he failed to make a single appearance at the Euros in France despite a 28-goal season for Wigan and the popularity of a song dedicated to him.

Manager Michael O'Neill grew tired of answering questions about Will Grigg's on Fire, which became the unofficial anthem of the tournament, and the player himself later admitted that he was 'devastated' not to play.
But Grigg claims that helping Wigan win promotion back to the Championship and a long-term knee injury were the reasons for his prolonged absence from the international scene.
'There has never been a case where I didn't want to play for Northern Ireland and I'm really pleased to do so,' he said.
'Michael has been asked the same question and there has never been a case of me not wanting to come.
'It has been frustrating but people forget I was out for six or seven months and it took me a while to get back.
'There have been a few occasions when I've been left out and others when I've had to stay at Wigan because we've had so many important games.

'Playing for your country is what you want to do. If I get a chance, I feel I can score goals. Fortunately I proved that.'
Grigg came on as a substitute and finally found a way past Bosnia goalkeeper Ibrahim Sehic in injury-time to score only his second international goal.
He almost got another in the dying seconds but couldn't prevent a harsh defeat after Northern Ireland dominated only to concede goals to Haris Duljevic and Elvis Saric.
Grigg now hopes to start Tuesday's friendly against Israel at Windsor Park.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
