«Breaking News» Shoppers rush to snap up M&S' must-have animal print skirt after it is restocked online

Fashion fans are being given a second-chance to snap up what is undoubtedly one of this season's high-street heroes.

Marks & Spencer's £35 animal print skirt flew off the shelves when it was launched last week and sold out completely within days.

So it is of little wonder the retailer sent shoppers into a frenzy today when it announced the pleated midi was back in stock online.

But those hoping to get their hands on the skirt will have to act fast as it is already sold out in five sizes.

The skirt is part of the retailer's 'must-have' edit, which directs customers to stand-out, trend-led pieces from the autumn collection.

It features a pink-infused animal pattern, elasticated waist and fashionable 'flowy' shape, making it a versatile pick as we enter the cooler months.

M&S suggests wearing it with a lightweight knot and pair of ankle boots, but it can just as easily be paired with crisp white trainers before the weather turns.

An image of the skirt garnered more than 8,000 likes on Instagram last week, with followers praising the 'gorgeous' and 'affordable' garment.

It announced it was back in stock today but added the warning: 'Be quick though it won't hang around.'

The release comes just days after M&S announced Holly Willoughby as its newest brand ambassador.

The TV star, 37, and the British retailer revealed the partnership in co-ordinated Instagram posts on Monday.

Shoppers were delighted to have a second chance at buying the skirt, saying they feared they had 'missed out' the first time round

The This Morning host will reveal her 20 'must-have' pieces from the autumn/winter collection later this month - and shoppers are already excited for the drop.

Announcing the role today, Holly wrote: 'Marks & Spencer have always been part of my family and now they have asked me to be part of theirs. Super proud to be a M&S brand ambassador.'

M&S added: 'As a long standing fan of the brand (and owner of one of the best wardrobes around!) it's the perfect pairing.'

So it is of little wonder the re...

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
