Ryan Thomas has been hitting headlines in recent weeks due to his scandal-laden Celebrity Big Brother stint.
Yet the 34-year-old former Coronation Street star insists he is sick of discussing the Punchgate scenario, as he spoke exclusively to MailOnline following his turn at the Bear Grylls Adventure Park, where he enjoyed the indoor sky dive experience.
As well as touching on his horror experience with co-star Roxanne Pallett, Ryan turned to happier chat as he gushed about his girlfriend Lucy Mecklenburgh and life with his nine-year-old daughter Scarlett.

Ryan's time in the house was marred with controversy after his co-star Roxanne caused ructions when she accused him of 'repeatedly and deliberately punching' her - however she later quit the house and admitted she was wrong.
After leaving the house, he has naturally been grilled about the scenario, however he has now insisted he is desperate to stop talking about the scandal.
The mature star, who has bravely moved on from the woes, said: 'I've been asked about it so many times and I just want to move on from it now...
'I want to focus on family and friends. I'm so tired of the same question. All my family have said about it is how proud they are of me and Celebrity Big Brother and they're all really positive and there's been no question about it.'

Helping him through the situation was Lucy, who Ryan began dating after they both appeared on Bear Grylls Celebrity Island last year.
Speaking of their unique first meet, he said: 'The Island was crazy. I haven't thanked Bear for me and Lucy. I've never though about it...
'Bear Grylls put me through absolute hell and put me on an island for a month with no food and no water and I had to survive out there. And while it was an amazing experience, the best thing I got out there was a girlfriend.'
It seems the couple are happy to stay as they are, with no clanging of wedding bells just yet as they continue in their happy relationship.

He went on: 'I think we're having such an amazing time and it's not something we've talked about. We're going to someone else's wedding and we're just enjoying each other and I just want to spend as much time as possible with family and friends.'
Aside from their life as two, he also touched on life with Lucy playing step-mum to Scarlett, who Ryan shares with his former co-star Tina O'Brien.
The content star happily revealed: 'Yeah they're amazing together. We're really good and I'm glad that's the way it works. We try and provide her with a supportive nature and we spend a lot of time together.'
Despite enjoying elements of his CBB experience, it seems further reality shows are not in Ryan's sights at the moment: 'I'm taking a break from reality. I would never say never to anything and I said that when I left Corrie but I'm just happy how I am.'

Earlier this month, while speaking on Channel 5 chat show Jeremy Vine, Ryan, who netted a reported £500,000 appearance fee on the show, discussed his 2013 financial crisis and that he has learnt the error of his ways.
Despite claims that he needed to do CBB for money, Ryan insisted it was merely a way to move his career forward with the modern world.
He said: 'This time around I needed to catch up with reality and reality is taking over recently and I feel I had to move with the times and I thought where better to do it that in front of 24 hour cameras.
'I've done Neighbours but I felt I needed to do reality and it was a good time for me. I'm taking a break to move forward and find the next project.'

Aside from his TV work, Ryan was also clearly delighted to have thrown himself into launching the iFLY indoor sky dive element at the Bear Grylls Adventure Park.
Speaking ahead on the launch, he said: 'Basically, the Bear Grylls Adventure Park is the first ever and I went down to be the first person to test out the sky dive...
'It's very close to my heart as I'm a massive fan of Bear Grylls and I worked with him before. It's like an army camp and you see how you train and you go through an obstacle course. I got a chance to do the skydive.
'Bear Grylls is intense - he doesn't do things by halves! That's kind of our thing.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
