It's only natural for most people to feel a tad nervous when meeting the Queen, but it seems even those close to her sometimes get the jitters.
Despite being close family, her grandson Prince Harry has revealed that he still panics when he sees Her Majesty around Buckingham Palace.
In a candid documentary offering a behind-the-scenes insight into Royal Family life, the newly-wed Duke of Sussex tells visitors he gets nervous when he spots her approaching.
Jitters: Despite their close bond, apparently Prince Harry still feels a tad nervous when seeing Her Majesty around Buckingham Palace
‘You guys have spent way more time in Buckingham Palace than I ever have – and you’ve only been here two weeks,’ he is filmed telling a group of hospitality professionals from the Caribbean.
And he adds: ‘Have you bumped into the Queen yet? If you suddenly bump into her in the corridor, don’t panic. I know you will. We all do!’
Claudine Jeffrey, one of the group visiting from Antigua to work in Buckingham Palace, says in the documentary: ‘It’s a fun place to work. I say it’s an adventure every day because every day it is always something different.
'You never find that you are doing the same thing.
‘To find myself in Buckingham Palace – it is beyond my wildest imaginations.’
The clip appears in a two-part ITV series, Queen Of The World, which is due to air later this month.
During the documentary, viewers will see footage collated over more than a year which ITV boasts will offer ‘a unique insight into Her Majesty The Queen’s role as a figure on the global stage and the baton she is passing to the younger members of the Royal Family’.
The documentary also shows the Harry’s bride the Duchess of Sussex being reunited with her wedding gown and veil as they are prepared by Royal Collection specialists for a new exhibition.
Elsewhere, the Princess Royal reminisces about taking her first trip aboard the Royal Yacht Britannia with her brother Prince Charles as children, following their parents’ post-Coronation Commonwealth tour.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
