«Breaking News» Pep Guardiola wants to end coaching career at Barca B where it began

Pep Guardiola's grand plan is to finish his career where it all started, as coach of Barcelona B. 

The Manchester City boss took charge of the youth side in 2007 before being handed the reins at the Nou Camp. 

And his passion for nurturing developing talent is what the 47-year-old wants to do before he steps away from the dugout.

'My teams are going to try to play how I want,' he said to Jorge Valdano on Universo Valdano.

'I will finish where I started; my final steps will be with youth teams, hopefully Barcelona.'

Barcelona B play in the Spanish second division and give experience to promising young players who may eventually make the huge leap up to first-team football.

Guardiola cut his teeth in the set-up, honing his skills before going on to win three La Liga titles and two Champions League in four years before moving on to take over at Bayern Munich. 

Having started to conquer the Premier League with the title-winning campaign at City last season, Guardiola looks to be building another dynasty and has no immediate plans to leave the Etihad. 

His contract with the club expires in 2021 and he has previously said he would not return to Barcelona as manager, although sporting director is a position that interests him.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
