«Breaking News» Pellegrini frustrated as starting line-ups for last 60 West Ham games have been leaked

West Ham manager Manuel Pellegrini has become frustrated that his team selections have been routinely leaked before he has announced it to his stars.

According to The Times, Pellegrini, who has endured a very tough start as Hammers boss, has been made aware that a Twitter handle - @ExWHUemployee - has revealed the West Ham team for more than 60 consecutive matches.

This includes the four opening Premier League defeats of the season - by Liverpool, Bournemouth, Arsenal and Wolves - which have left them rooted to the bottom of the table.

The former Manchester City boss is likely to make inquiries into how his team selections are being leaked online. 

The Chilean's pre-match routine at West Ham has involved meeting up with his players four hours before kick-off to name his side.

The Twitter account in question has spoken to talkSPORT to clarify the situation, insisting he only puts out positive news as a West Ham fan and claims the squads exchange their starting line-ups after he posts anyway at 1.30pm.

@ExWHUemployee said: 'I don't watch them train. There are lots of people at the training ground, there are 40 or 50 people, maybe even more at a training ground now.

'These things get passed around and at the end of the day, being a fan as I am, I only ever put news out that I see as non-detrimental to the team. I put it out at 1.30pm, the team sheets have already been exchanged anyway.

'It's not like the opposition manager says I can't name my team just yet, I am waiting to know when 'X' blokes tweet something and then I am going to start to consider my selection at half 1. I think the whole thing is ludicrous.'  

Since taking over in the summer at the London Stadium, things certainly haven't gone as planned for Pellegrini and his frustrations are continuing to grow.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
