Nabil Fekir has insisted that he has moved on from his failed transfer to Liverpool.
The 25-year-old Lyon playmaker looked all set for a £53million switch to Anfield this summer before the Reds pulled the plug on the deal amid unconfirmed reports that they had reservations about a long-standing knee problem.
Fekir has previously claimed that he is not aware of Liverpool's exact reasons for their U-turn, but he is looking forward, not back.
Lyon star Nabil Fekir has insisted he has 'turned the page' after his failed move to Liverpool
'What happened with Liverpool is straight out of my head, I turned the page,' said Fekir this week.
'We must not stop at this, we must move forward. There are things that must be accepted.'
Fekir's current contract is due to expire in 2020 and Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas said in June that he was keen to tie the midfielder down for longer.
But Aulas's desire to keep Fekir has not yet resulted in contract talks, according to the player himself.
Fekir added: 'My future? We have not discussed an extension yet, we will see what happens.'
After missing Lyon's first two games having been given an extended break due to his World Cup exertions, Fekir has played twice for Lyon this season.
He enjoyed a fine 2017-18 campaign in Ligue 1, scoring 18 goals and providing eight assists in 30 appearances.
Fekir, 25, played for France in their 0-0 draw against Germany in the Nations League last week

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
