One video from the scene shows the lorry shooting out flames before exploding with a loud bang into a bigger fireball.

Motorist Janet Moss, 45, said: 'I was driving south past the junction at around 4.45am and the scene was like a vision from hell.
'There were fire engines everywhere and the lorries were engulfed in a fireball.
'I was convinced it was a fatality but I've heard on the radio the drivers managed to escape. It's a miracle really.'
M40 motorists are unable to get onto the M42, creating gridlock traffic on many of the roads south of Birmingham.
There is congestion on some parts of the M1 as drivers desperately try to find alternative routes to get home from work or away for the weekend.

The three-vehicle lorry crash on the M40 northbound sent huge flames shooting into the night's sky and fuel spilling over
Eyewitness Jordan Jones, 21 from Bromsgrove, said: 'I watched the fire for about an hour.
'There were a couple of explosions and I thought that the trees were going to catch fire and spread to where I was.'
Joseph Davis, 25, also witnessed the blaze on his way home from Reading.
He said: 'I was driving up and saw hazards flashing so, I pulled into lane three to get a closer look.
'I was about three cars from the front but I couldn't see very far down the road due to the smoke.
'I must have been sat there about an hour a half waiting before the police waved us through.'
School teacher John Wilson, 30, of Warwick, said: 'I drive that stretch of road every day to work in Solihull and the two fires must have been opposite each other.
'I've read on Twitter that the lorries crashed when they were distracted by the fire on the opposite side of the road.'

Large sections of the M40 were empty today after the motorway was closed following this morning's major incident
Group commander Neil McElvenny, of Warwickshire Fire and Rescue Service, said: 'We were called to a large goods vehicle fire involving pallets on the southbound carriageway just after 2.40am. Crews were quickly in attendance to deal with the fire.
'While at the incident, a call came in to inform us of a second incident on the northbound carriageway involving three lorries, two of which caught fire.
'Due to the severity of the incident, all lanes were closed whilst the emergency services dealt with the scene.
'These incidents have caused significant disruption for many, but we are working closely with Warwickshire Police and the Highways Agency and our priority is to make the area safe and open the M40 again as soon as possible.
'The clean-up and inconvenience for some locals, commuters and other motorists will continue for a while yet. I'd like to thank people for their continued patience.'
A spokesman for Warwickshire Police said: 'Emergency services and fire crews are also on the scene.
'The road is expected to be closed for the majority of the morning while the southbound stretch of the M40 from junctions 15 to 16 is also closed at this time due to a separate lorry fire.
'Motorists are advised to avoid the area completely and follow diversions put in place by Highways England.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
