«Breaking News» Gretchen Rossi takes the plunge in chic dress after agreeing to testify against former RHOC co-stars

She has agreed to testify against her former Real Housewives Of Orange County co-stars in a defamation case.   

But Gretchen Rossi set legal matters to the side as she celebrated in style the launch of the new parody book, The Burn Cook Book, at Sofitel in Los Angeles on Wednesday.

The reality star, 39, looked incredible in a plunging black and white dress that highlighted her toned physique at the star-packed event.

Gretchen oozed glamour with her hot pink lipstick and dangling silver earrings as she struck a pose with her long, flowing blonde hair cascading in perfectly curled waves.  

The star polished off her radiant complexion with full black lashes.

She wore a Chanel bracelet cuff and a pair of sexy, black pointed high heels.   

Gretchen was practically beaming as she enjoyed a fun-filled outing at the bash, looking stylish from head-to-toe.

Gretchen struck a silly pose as she shared the spotlight with The Burn Cookbook author and Mean Girls star, Jonathan Bennett. 

But of course Gretchen wasn't the only star there.

Kelly Osbourne cut a casual yet trendy figure in her skintight black trousers, flowing striped blouse, while wearing her violet hued tresses down in playful ringlets. 

Danica McKellar looked absolutely amazing in a skin tight hot pink dress that clung to her gorgeous figure.

The former Wonder Years actress rocked a pair of metallic high heels and wore her silky brunette locks down.

The party comes as it has emerged Gretchen and her beau Slade Smiley, 44, have agreed to testify against Shannon Beador and Tamra Judge in the battle accusing the reality stars of defaming Alexis' husband Jim Bellino.

Earlier this year Jim sued Shannon, 54, and Tamra, 51, accusing them of spreading lies about his 'fake divorce' and that customers had been paralyzed at his trampoline business plus claims that 'he’s going to jail.' 

The 56-year-old is seeking damages in excess of $1 million. 

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Jim filed paperwork on Monday claiming he was contacted by Slade who told him he and Gretchen wanted to help him in his lawsuit against the two women.

Jim said in the documents that Slade told him the couple would 'provide testimony regarding the anger, hostility and ill-will that Defendants harbor with respect to Bellino.' 

Slade also allegedly said that he and Gretchen could provide evidence that 'the Defendants have a pattern of making up stories to create notoriety for themselves in the media,' per the docs.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
