A British backpacker who was scouted as a model while teaching in Asia has become a star in Myanmar - appearing on a 10ft swimwear poster and featuring in a hit film.
Libby Jennings, from Newcastle, decided to go travelling after becoming fed up working a retail job in the day and pulling pints at a local bar by night.
Five years ago, the 28-year-old packed her bags and began her new job teaching English in Thailand, until one day she was approached by an agency who offered her a modelling contract.

'They told me to send in some pictures and they would start sending me to castings,' Miss Jennings said.
'I quit my teaching job, started going to castings and finally stopped being nervous,' she added.
Soon after modelling work came thick and fast and she was approached to feature in glossy magazines and represent fitness clubs.
The versatile model even posed in glamorous gowns for Yves Saint-Laurent and Valentino - and with buckets of fast food for KFC.
Now the model, who went to Heaton Manor School, is a star in South East Asia, has 65,000 followers on social media and is often mobbed by fans whenever she lands in Myanmar.

The star says that starting out as a backpacker five years ago was the 'best decision' she could have ever made
'I get to travel a lot for work, meet lots of famous people. I absolutely cannot complain about my lifestyle,' she said.
'I'm not driving a Ferrari or anything, in fact I can't even drive.
'But starting out as a backpacker five years ago, it was definitely the best decision I could have made.'
Miss Jennings has also appeared on the front cover of magazines - and even in a calendar - while her work has taken her all over Asia.

Since moving thousands of miles away she's landed modelling gigs, TV adverts - and even a job as a Hollywood A-lister's double
When working in Tyneside, Miss Jennings would work at clothing store Monsoon, before picking up shifts at popular night spot Perdu, in order to save up her cash.
Miss Jennings admitted that she would sometimes 'take a sneaky ten minute snooze on the table', but told of how all that changed when she started out as a backpacker in 2013.
'I started out being Blake Lively's body double for her swimming scenes,' recalled Miss Jennings.

The barmaid turned actress has appeared on magazine covers and has landed several modelling gigs
'I remember she said I had a nice bum and being well chuffed about that.'
Then the acting roles started coming in - including one with an Oscar winner.
'I had a scene with John Dujardin (from The Artist and The Wolf of Wall Street) around two years ago for a French movie called Brice De Nice,' she said.
'Funnily enough my French got dubbed despite spending about two days trying to get it right.'

Miss Jennings also travelled to Vietnam (above). She currently has around 65,000 Facebook followers and frequently posts updates about her career
Miss Jennings has landed numerous roles since.
And one production she appeared in, 'Screaming with Stars', is currently being looked at by HBO.
Her most recent gig has perhaps been the most surreal.
The film, 'Tyar Saar', has been a hit in Myanmar.
At the premier, Miss Jennings walked the red carpet in a stunning frock next to a cow.
Incredibly, for Miss Jennings, that wasn't the most surreal moment.

Miss Jennings loves to travel and has also spent time in Koh Khai Nai (above)

The 28-year-old from Newcastle has travelled across Thailand and is pictured above, before boarding a plane
'I guess the production house told the press I was arriving to the airport and there were loads of people there waiting with roses, flowers, signs and photographers,' added the 28-year-old.
'Literally I was thinking what an earth is going on here. I have to say it was so nice to get such a warm welcome.
'Other than that it seems every day is an adventure. I'm just taking everyday as it comes.'

Miss Jennings's work has taken her all over Asia, and she frequently posts on Instagram to keep her fans updated

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
