Gareth Bale's explosive start to the season shows he is relishing his new responsibilities at Real Madrid and is one of the world's best, according to Wales team-mate Ben Davies.
Bale has scored in all three of his La Liga appearances since Real sold Cristiano Ronaldo and the Welshman struck in Thursday's 4-1 win over the Republic of Ireland.
Wales face Denmark in their Nations League clash in Aarhus on Sunday and Tottenham's Davies, who is used to seeing Harry Kane in training, can see similarities with Bale when it comes to finishing.
Gareth Bale has scored in each of his last four appearances for Real Madrid and Wales
'Gareth's a top, top player and he is showing it every single week,' Davies said. 'It's great that he can do that on the pitch every week.
'They are both unbelievable on the ball and when they get that chance in front of goal you back them to score.'
Asked about having to defend against Kane in training on a weekly basis then Bale during international breaks, Davies said: 'I'd have to say it's the nightmare you want.

'It's the challenge that you want, to try and improve yourself every day. The more practice you get against the top players then it becomes that little bit easier out on the field.'
Ryan Giggs became the first Wales manager to win his opening competitive match in charge since Bobby Gould in 1995. All five managers since Gould had lost their first game.
Should his side secure victory on Sunday, Giggs will become the first manager to win his first two competitive matches in charge of the Dragons in the country's history.
Defender Ben Davies claims working with Bale and Harry Kane helps improve his own game
It will not be easy, however, as it was confirmed on the eve of this Nations League match that Wales would face a full-strength Denmark side at Ceres Park in Aarhus.
An agreement was reached between the Danish FA and their players after a dispute over commercial image rights left the fixture in danger of becoming a farce, with Denmark fielding a team of unknowns. Now, though, Davies is set to go up against Tottenham team-mate Christian Eriksen, one of the Danish stars who reached the last 16 of the World Cup.
'He's special,' said 25-year-old left back of playmaker Eriksen. 'He finds those passes and he has that quality on the ball that can split defences and we are going to have to be ready for that. He's a great player.'
In a nod to his Class of '92 credentials, Wales boss Giggs showed faith in his youngsters against the Republic of Ireland at the Cardiff City Stadium. Chelsea starlet Ethan Ampadu, 18 next Friday, delivered a masterclass in midfield. David Brooks, 21, Chris Mepham, 20, and Connor Roberts, 22, also made their marks with the latter scoring Wales' fourth goal.
Tom Lawrence, the 24-year-old who was once handed his Manchester United debut by then-caretaker Giggs, scored the opener after six minutes. 'It definitely gives us a bit of confidence when you have that quality coming through and you saw how well they performed,' Davies added. 'There was no fear.
'If we can see that coming through in the next few years then they will also show their maturity. The boys who have come in showed in training how good they are and the manager has shown faith in them.'
Mepham, the Brentford defender who started at centre back for Wales on Thursday, was among those who put in a professional performance.
Like Ampadu, Mepham was born in England but opted to represent Wales instead.
Asked why, he said: 'It is where my chance got given. Robert Page gave me my Under-20s and Under-21s debut and I felt it was important to give something back to the country.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
