And The Body Coach Joe Wicks was as inspiring as ever during an appearance on Thursday's This Morning as he revealed having a six-week-old daughter is no excuse for not working out.
Joe, 33, cooked his Bangin' Chicken Balti dish for presenters Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield as he gushed about first-time fatherhood.

Joe and his model girlfriend of two years Rosie Jones, 27, welcomed their daughter Indie into the world six weeks ago.
Phil asked the dad how his new role has changed him, and Joe gushed having a newborn has been pure bliss, explaining: 'We've been lucky, the baby is sleeping well, the hypnobirth really helped.'
As Indie spends much of her day napping, Joe explained he can easily bring his daughter with him when he exercises.

'I can bring Indie in the gym when she’s sleeping for 20 minutess, quick workout, no excuses!'
'Even with little things like breakfast, [I do] anything to help Rosie. Its all about team work, I have to take a little bit of the responsibility,' he added as Holly gushed that 'girls at at home saying "ahhh get me one! in awe"'.
Joe couldn't help boasting about his little girl, as he told Phil and Holly: 'Indie is starting to smile, it's so cute, when I'm out at work, I always want to get back home and hug her.'

And the star is already broody for more, commenting on his recent declaration that he wants four kids by the age of 40.
'The rumour is I want to have four by 40, but four is my max. I want them to be close in age like my siblings,' he explained.
Earlier this week Joe revealed he and Rosie suffered a heartbreaking secret miscarriage before falling pregnant with their baby daughter.

Speaking on Giovanna Fletcher's Happy Mum Happy Baby podcast, the sports coach revealed Rosie's miscarriage for the first time as he discussed becoming a dad, hypnobirthing and wanting four children.
Joe said: 'She [Rosie] fell pregnant really quick but unfortunately that baby was her miscarriage, so it didn't quite progress but two months later she fell pregnant again and then Indie was born.'
The health guru explained he watched every part of his daughter's birth, and it was 'the most powerful thing'.

He told mother-of-three Giovanna: 'It was the most powerful thing. People have the fear of going into labour, but I think Rosie was so prepared for it.
'She was so calm. Rosie was amazing. She hypnobirthed at home and when we went to the hospital she was seven centimetres dilated and we hadn’t realised she was so far along.
'She was just so controlled of her breathing and really got in the right zone for it. It was a wonderful experience and I also didn’t think that I was going to watch but I watched everything, and I found it so fascinating, it was wonderful.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
