The Real Housewives of New York star posted a snap of herself wearing a floral gown via Instagram on Friday with the caption: 'All you need is love.'

And after a fan asked why the 47-year-old looked thinner, Bethenny replied: 'Death will do that to a person #griefdiet I don’t recommend it.'

She was referring to the loss of her on again/off again beau Dennis Shields who died of an apparent overdose at his Trump Tower apartment on August 10.

The shocking revelation stunned Bethenny since Dennis had accompanied her to the Real Housewives of New York reunion just weeks prior.

‘Thank you,’ the mother-of-one tweeted a fan last month in response to having received an outpouring amount of support from Bravo viewers following the tragic news.

‘It puts a lot in perspective. He was with me at the reunion & the years prior. He was a genius who could talk about the show minutiae all day. He was my greatest supporter.’

It’s believed that Bethenny won’t talk about Shields’ death in interviews as Bravo executives hope to keep that as an exclusive storyline for the show’s 11th series.

This would mean that fans could potentially have to wait until April 2019 to see how things unfold for Frankel in the wake of coming to terms with her boyfriend’s death.

Earlier this month, the businesswoman had made it known on Twitter that she was still struggling with the news, telling her 1.6 million followers: ‘Doing anything in or by the water is life-saving.’

‘Beach walks. Ocean swims, wakeboarding, clamming, infrared sauna, jacuzzi & my swim really help. When you feel sad, you cry then you just have to force yourself to shift. It's so hard but it works.’

The Real Housewives of New York is expected to premiere its 11th series in April 2019.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
